@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

@ITVXhelp is there a problem with Tonight’s Emmerdale on Itvx through the NowTv box, we can’t get it to load at all. Other programming works fine.

I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

@NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎
