@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤

@trouteyes BBC iPlayer also has the worst interface of all the streaming services, and I include NowTV in that list.
