    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤

    @ManUtd I like Ruben but it’s not working. We need change and he needs a break from being at the biggest club in the world. The pressure is clearly getting to him and results are at their all time lowest. Not all his fault but ain’t anything changing. #Southgate #Change #NOWTV

    Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    @RawnsleyAn86745 @rebzeleanor @SkySports I'm close to agreeing with you. If you removed the word tin pot, I definitely would. No team or match has the automatic right to be on telly. Womens football deserves coverage and the men's match was very prominent on nowtv Both were on telly. No issue really.

    @flixtonred Hi Yes, the apps are pre loaded but you will still need to contact Sharp or NowTV as this is not an issue with the Freely app itself.

    @NOWTV I joined the non-flexible membership in error and tried to cancel it immediately. I sent an email to your customer service but have not heard back.
