    @HeyBroadband installed last week. Speed seems ok but so many websites have issues loading. Amazon was an issue, now not but now NowTV won’t stream.

    @NOWTV I cant get through to any advisors over the phone or live chat my Internet is down is this a current issue with others too? Or just mine?

    @thejayfaulkner No problem, as I said I’ve always been pleased with the broadband. Look at NOWTV as you can access most platforms and channels from that. I ditched Virgin TV for that reason. You can have a broadband only package

    @NOW It's really unbelievable how NowTV does not work on Linux or ChromeOS in the year 2021. They must be losing so many customers who aren't owned by Microsoft.

    @rudemrlang @MatthewRimmer Don’t you find a lot of stuff on NowTV has this problem? I do! But then I watch most TV with subtitles now because of mumbling and my diminished hearing.

    @KapitanKhazi @NOWHelpTeam I am experiencing exactly the same problem on Apple TV HD. Screen frozen trying to reinstall NowTV app, even after a factory reset of Apple TV.

    @bt_uk have done this multiple times, and the issue still remains (fyi) BBC Iplayer, NowTV and plenty other streaming services work fine on our Tv it is only your app. To me it sounds like a playback issue on your part?
