@NOWHelpTeam please can someone DM me. My NowTV smart stick has not been working for 2 days now. Just get a spinning circle on the homepage. I can watch through other apps such as My5 so it’s not a wifi problem. Tried a reset but same issue. Please help!

@ste_malone @SkyUK I have TV, Broadband and phone with them. Only have the TV and phone as its necessary/cheaper in order to get the Broadband. With the problems I've had it's not worth it anymore. I'm paying over £60 a month, plus I have 2 NowTv boxes and Amazon. Time for a new supplier!

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWTV just got the £35 package for broadband and calls, only problem if I’m not within 5 feet of the router the signal drops, my God I wish I had not left BT. The signal is absolutely awful, how do I fix this? I’m in a small flat? Doesn’t even connect when I go to my bedroom!

Help, I can’t decide what movie to watch. Any suggestions? Netflix, Disney+, NowTV or Amazon Prime. (Big no to Horror films) I’ll end up watching Sweet Magnolias Season 2 and I can’t be arsed with that.
