    Credit where it's due, I reported a problem to @NOWTV yesterday regarding our recently installed broadband - they had an engineer out today who's fixed the issue and now everything is working as expected. Awesome stuff, @NowTVHelp. #ServiceStandards

    @nowtvhelp I am having issues because @nowtv purposely make it difficult to cancel in the hope you can take some extra money from people. There should be an option to cancel on your account through simply clicking a "Cancel" button like you can do with any other service such as Netflix.

    @NOWTV Using it on a Samsung smart Tv with 500mbs internet yet your stream constantly changes quality, dreadful service

    @NOWTV Season 3 episode 10 of Magnum is not available. Usually available at 21:00 Sundays. Is there an issue please?

    @NOWTV There was no subtitles available for The Kitchen. Other shows, the subtitles might show up, lag then drop out. I remember Succession was the last drama I watched and that had issues. Perry Mason was another that was particularly annoying. My sister couldn't follow that one at all
