    I see the NowTV update is not only slower but comes with ads between episodes. Been thinking I need to knock off a streaming service; good of them to help me decide.

    @Stephen_C_Ward We had problems with NowTV last night for a good while. I find tethering off my phone better for streaming now 🤷🏻

    NowTV using an adaptive bitrate that changes streaming quality randomly based on WiFi connection means I haven't got a hope in hell of watching Justice League in HD. Just give me the controls and let me decide the quality ffs. Every other video website does that.

    @NOW @NOWHelpTeam our nowtv box has had an update but we cannot access any of the on demand section. I can select nowtv on the remote, but it’s just a loading screen for 45ish seconds and then goes back to the home screen. I’ve rebooted the box and our WiFi is good. Help please?!

    @khan250101 i don’t wanna risk a vpn cause sometimes it doesn’t even work or it’s just so slow so it’ll force me to have **** quality anyway. It’s just easier to use NowTV ig

    @NOWHelpTeam since the update the smart box (the freeview version) is really slow and can’t watch tv from the TV guide, have to go into the nowtv bit. Is this issue going to be resolved? Some shows are glitching too. My broadband is working perfectly. #nowtv

    @NOW Nowtv box. Not receiving any errors at all. But it is alot slower than pre update and the layout is not as user friendly. Thanks for reply.
