    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp I'm having issues with my remote control to my nowtv stick, I thought the batteries had gone but I changed them and tried to resync the control neither worked, so ordered a new control but still isn’t working. But works via the Roki remote app

    @steverumsby @koehntopp NowTV has the worst UI/UX among the ones i tried, quickly followed by Prime Video. At least on LG smart tv :/

    @NOWTV last week I received a confirmation email I would receive a refund. After trying to contact NowTV for a week with no reply to email, I am now being told I will get no refund. Terrible customer service and no one willing to talk to me

    @NOWTV still no broadband since 4th November! No one will help and I can’t even go somewhere else as you have my line with an ‘order pending’ This is unacceptable service!!!

    @SoozUK @NOWTV Mine occasionally disappears across apps. Last night all my TV apps randomly decided not to cast, with an unexplained error. Then today it’s fine again. None of this is helpful, but hopefully you won’t feel so alone in this dystopian TV hell.

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV hi i just moved in to a new flat and the wires to the master socket are damaged and we need an engineer. I’ve been trying to live chat but it keeps linking me to articles. could you help?
