@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

@BBCWomansHour had exact experience with Curry’s and NOWTV — only Twitter to customer service worked to resolve issues. It’s now my go-to solution.

@NOWHelpTeam Hi Nowtv Enter Code is not excepting it says error please try again later. I even refreshed to a new code.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@MikeFinleyMusic God isn’t he awful. He definitely has “the look” of someone with a dark side. FYI there’s a five parter about the same thing on Sky/NOWTV called Murder at the Cottage - more in depth, but more of him which is not so great

@charlesmj TalkTalk have absolutely awful customer service in my experience. Haven't had any major issues with NowTV in two years but router strength isn't amazing.
