@NOWTV have basically robbed me of 5 years worth of subscription payments for a service that was cancelled in 2015. Their customer service is awful.

@nowtvhelp I'm so frustrated by the known issue of content sound being our of sync. I only have this issue with the iphone app all other entertainment platforms like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all terrestrial channels are fine but the NOWTV app is basically unusable.

@NOWTV HD channels are breaking up. Tried retuning the channels on two boxes and they have completely disappeared. All none HD channels work perfectly. As stated earlier HD channels direct to TV work perfectly, problem is only when using Nowtv. Full fibre at 300mbs?

@NOWTV hey, I use your platform-a little too-frequently, but the layout is awful and difficult to navigate, and the subtitles NEVER stay on. What gives?

Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.
