@NOWHelpTeam Oh now thats a record, 12 times I've had to tell the NowTV tech team that it is not an issue with my Internet provider and is in fact the appauling NowTV player that's at fault. Oh and 5 times telling them that I've already contacted my provider. This is getting so tedious.

@nowtv @openreach I’m fed up of all the nonsense of you guys trying to fix my internet. You keep sending people round to my house and to the cabinet and each time I have to wait in all day for you. It’s not good enough. Do your job and fix the issue.

@nowtv your service needs to dramatically improve, I have sports entertainment and movies with you but your connection is poor, I use itv hub, Amazon prime Netflix and uktv play from the same Roku box with no problems, but now tv is always lagging! **** show

@NOWTV have not uploaded any new eps of any of the Real Housewives franchises since Thu last week. Contacted them Thu & they said they're working on it. What's to work on, it's available everywhere else? Going to cancel my subscription to watch where they upload on time!
