@NOWTV The box is just plugged into the back of the tv. It’s a usb stick. It has now decided to work so I cannot send you a picture of the error message, which frequently says “NowTV is currently unavailable”

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV everytime I fill in your "find account" it shows as "Sorry, we couldn’t find a match" - the account details are 100% correct and will not progress past this point. Looks like a technical issue on your site, please advise

@NOWTV Your app is the worst. Really glitchy. Not user friendly. Very very poor. Needs a lot of work. Amazing how far behind it is compared to every other app I use to watch stuff.

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@NOWTV My Sky Sports Mobile pass is NOT working on my mobile. Was working last week. Is saying that I need to purchase a pass but when I login online it says my pass is activated! POOR POOR service!
