@NOWHelpTeam Hi. The new NowTV app won’t download to the Firestick Lite. “Download failed” error message. Have the old yellow and red app on my old firestick no problem. Is it just me?

@flintley @samueldhopkins I’ve never loaded it through a web browser but the apps on my tv and my nowtv stick, these functions work fine

@Barclaycard Thank you Ross. Everyone I have contacted at @Barclaycard is really polite. It is just frustrating that nobody is able to sort this out. @NOWTV can't help as they don't recognise us as being customers.

help my nowtv remote app on my phone wasn’t working and i’ve just realised it’s because i was connected to the wrong box for 30 minutes....FOR 30 MINUTES SOMEONE ELSE HAS HAD THEIR NOWTV DOING **** THEY WERENT CONTROLLING😭😭😭😭
