@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be sub-par. I signed up this evening, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow. can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

@KeiranBurr I used to work for NowTV, performance testing using what they called the 'game of thrones profile'. Guess they stopped performance testing and forgot what to do with circuit breakers when the token service falls over.
