    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    @ScottyReading @NOWTV Insane we’ve to pay an extra €5 for boost only to still get ads for the shows we’re currently watching it’s the worst feature @NOWTVHelp

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤
