    Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

    @NOWTV no broadband connection since 3pm. When majority of customers are relying on connection to work from this is unacceptable. Update required please.

    @SteveDoherty1 @SkyUK NowTV passes bought on AppleTV or through iTunes are only usable on Apple device(s) :( You can try & ask Apple to refund but for the price it’s easier to just buy a new pass for the TV - or get a family member to use theirs to login ;)

    @StuartWaite6 @flying_satsuma @SkyHelpTeam Disconnect go on nowtv and rejoin for discounts is the only way to make it work, pricing for existing customers is common thievery
