Just realised for the last few months I've accidentally being paying for a service i didn't use, I don't remember even getting it, I use the free version like. FFS. On the + side, binning that off and a raise at work means NowTV sports bundle is in budget

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@SkyHelpTeam @myjazzfanny Well, clearly not just @myjazzfanny 's problem. We were at my in-laws in Pennington and their internet was playing up and we just got home in Lymington and we're unable to use NowTV at all because the broadband is being extremely slow.

@NOWHelpTeam Hey @NOWTVHelp my internet keeps dropping out once every 10-20 minutes, had people from nowtv come round a few months ago to fix the issue but has been happening again for a few weeks
