@NOWTV provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After two whole days dealing with their team because of a major issue we still don't have any solutions at all. We'll be cancelling, I hope the rest of your clients do the same.

Big companies like @NowTV & @Apple could help the environment by not forcing people to upgrade their devices when their old ones are perfectly functional & well looked after. I shouldn't have to buy a new Apple TV just because Now TV wants me to buy a new one. What bullshit!?

@Microbedoc2 @ThreeUK @NOWTV Sky wifi dreadful too. It had always be bad wherever I’ve lived in London. Impossible to work from home. Download speeds okay upload speeds nearly non existent. So can’t do referrals, prescribe etc

@theloop It's super annoying that many basic controls like "skip back 10 seconds" don't work on many Apple TV apps like YouTube and NowTV (Sky), surely such basics should be compulsory to get through the App Store
