@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam it also doesn't appear to be fraudulent so I don't want to go through my bank. I would prefer someone at NOWTV, where the issue lies, to take a look at why this happening, refund me, and stop it happening again.

@clareellenhope NordVPN is one of the best for streaming. I use it for Netflix/Criterion and have never had a problem. However, it might not work for every streaming service as some have grown wise to VPNs and block them, but I doubt it will be a problem for NowTV!

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

@NOWTV 2nd Attempt: I just moved house, I am with NowTV through TalkTalk. I transferred my TT to the new address and was watching NowTV Mon but on Tues it went off. Can you look into this please? I have signed up for a week free, whilst you sort this issues out. thanks
