@DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Doc Renee - looked all these replies. Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.

@NOWHelpTeam it shows membership from today and not when it currently ends on 11th December so not going to bother with offer or NOWtv by the way the boost option never works I’ve had dreadful quality and funnily no other streamer has quality issues so don’t blame my internet speed!

Anyone know when #nowtv broadband in Kent is expected to be back working? I know they're aware of the issue but would be good to have an idea of how much longer it will take
