NowTV has to be the worst streaming platform I have used. BT and DAZN are completely fine but Now have no common sense can’t change the devices I use as the one I want to use says that I’m streaming on multiple devices which I’m not. Bullshit

@OpenreachHelp Well, your Engineer didn't turn up, completely lied and cancelled the job as he "couldn't get access" and now I have to wait weeks again for another cancellation & pay another huge phone bill to tether my laptop because I have to work remotely👍 @OpenreachHelp Provider is @NOWTV

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@NOWHelpTeam Free practice 1 has begun at the Mexico Grand Prix and I STILL cannot use my NowTV account to watch it. As well as fixing the problem what sort of refund will I be getting?
