Alex Scott (@ShiftyGB) reported@nowtvhelp Thank you, to confirm my neighbour to my left (# 9) has BT, no issues but I believe my neighbour at # 8 has NowTV (can find on wifi) and there’s seems to be up? My dad is Jim (account owner) so please update me as soon as possible. Reseat our cable at the exchange may fix this?

I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login
