@NOWTV In the past month or so it’s dipped offline a few times which has made working from home more difficult- no issues spotted on service status. I want to swap from brill broadband to fab fibre - but is the fav fibre deal (£24/12mths) only for new customers?

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@googlenest No I’ve had no problems with YouTube Netflix or other. I don’t know if it’s a fault with Nowtv.
