@NOWTV I'm having real trouble with your concurrency identification. I shut the app off on my upstairs TV but then can't play the cricket on my iPad or downstairs TV because it says I have hit the concurrency limit.I checked and the app was fully shut down. Is this a known issue?

@NOWTV I have previously been in conversation with you back in November about being charged for something I've not even signed up for. This is still happening and want to speak to someone about it. Sadly you don't have a phone number for TV issues, but you do for broadband??

@nowtvhelp I’ve installed the NowTV app on my fire stick but every time I try and play something it comes up with “Sorry, there was an error in the player”. It’s been doing this for a couple of days and I’ve tried reinstalling the app.

@BBCiPlayer It's a Sony and probably about 6 months. Until we got the NowTv plug in, we thought it was a reception problem.

@NOWTV I've paid for a 24hr pass to watch villa v newcastle, but everytime I try to watch the player loads and I get an error code OVP_00005. The game starts in 15minutes - can this be fixed? If not, can I get a refund? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but no good.
