@NOWTV wondering if you plan on putting earlier seasons of @NBCChicagoPD back on? I bribed my teenager to do his home learning by promising he could watch season 3 if he did it all and bribes gone out the window all I'm left with is one upset kid and a stressed out mum help??

@NOWTV It's an issue every time! The android app never activates a day pass properly, I always need to logon using the desktop app. This time it just happened that the desktop app crashed too. Also why does the desktop app load a browser rather than showing potential shows in the app?

@NOWTV I've given up on calling because, after many calls over a month it has done no good. It's showing as an issue on the "community" but as far as I can tell you simply just don't care. My only recourse is to try embarrassing you via social media.

@NOWTV for broadband is the absolute worst. I spend more time on the phone to them each month than I do my family. The service is terrible - last month five days without internet. Honestly - the worst! Ill and furious. #heartfailure #broadband

Any of my friends moving/ switching broadband soon, do NOT get sucked in by any good offers from @NOWTV ! Never in my life have I experienced such bad quality service and support and now they are just ignoring us altogether! It is APPALLING and not worth any amount of saved £££ !
