    @stoth8 Rob, thanks for getting back to me. Rob we have not had any reports from that particular phone being an issue. Can you do me a favour can you check and see if your nowtv is working on another device till I narrow down the issue please?

    @nowtvhelp I’m not sure that that’s the problem, it doesn’t sY anything about a locked account, it’s as if it’s bot recognising my password but I’m unable to reset my password for some reason. I have sent a DM to @NOWTV thanks!

    @NOWTV As I said I can log in to now on my phone but not my box it keeps coming up with an error but unfortunately I cannot get to speak to a person about it

    @nowtvhelp having issues with devices on my NowTV account. It is using a new IP address on my device each time I use it so counts as an extra device
