    it's been 6 days since i started trying to update my billing adr w @NOW. @NOWHelpTeam tried to help. still didn't work even after i'd put in 3-digit house number. also, still cannot use 'downloads' on app. cannot watch offline :( the latter issue was raised since 23jul #nowtv

    @67Spiel I refused to switch to NowTV for that reason for a long time. But I think if Steve Coogan and Hugh Grant are satisfied enough to work with Sky because they're convinced the program makers are not influenced by Murdoch - that's good for me. I don't spend any £ on his papers now

    @NOW Hi my NowTV app will not work on either my TV or Phone. Keeps giving me an error. Can you help please as I have just started paying £20 a month to watch the sport and now can’t on it.

    @OpenreachHelp This is what @NOWTV have said…“ Openreach have told us that a cease and re-provide will be needed to get your broadband working to full capability.“ However closing & opening another account is at least 10-14 further days - please please @WeAreOpenreach can u just fix it?

    @NOWHelpTeam I bought a #nowtv stick to watch the @lionsofficial series. Your streaming service didn’t work. Was then told that I needed to delete and reinstall the app. I replied “your mobile web page was also down”, at which point I was cut off the chat. Embarrassing service!!
