    Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

    @scog27 @NOWTV @SkyFootball I totally get the frustration! It's frustrating when the tech fails during crucial moments. Streaming should be seamless—especially for major matches. Have you noticed if it's a specific time or game when the quality dips?

    @LifeInWales @NOWTV Been having this ever since the start of the footie season. Is absolutely their issue. They need to sort it out.

    @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.
