Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

@jamesdleech It’s become like a sub section of cinema swirl that inevitably gets cut out, as I spend 5-10 minutes desperate to know who at nowtv writes this stuff! Truly dedicated apathetic work

@NOWTV Hi, thanks for getting back. on my 1st tweet, I attached images with the issue. on my mobile, it says that I need a pass in order to watch The 2nd image is showing that I have the pass on my account is active as the next bill is due next month. Don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

@NOWTV trying to joing/rejoin your service but having numerous technical issues. Account not working from one registered years ago. Online chat agent useless and says my email account doesn't exist. Please fix it or lose me as a customer.
