    @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp NowTV claim that they "cannot give you a copy of the tickets because you would need the same program as us to be able to see them". The amount of bs going on with this internet issue is a farce.

    @NOWHelpTeam I've run the connection test, it all comes back ok and my Internet connection is fine. its just NowTV that is not working

    got sent through a loop of 6 different help pages, 4 google search tabs with "delete nowtv account" and ended up having to email talking about how i have no use for their service and don't plan on ever coming back

    @NOWHelpTeam can someone DM about setting up our WiFi? It was ordered last week and arriving tomorrow but the go live date is the 3rd May which is ridiculous given past tenants used NowTV too. We need WiFi to work and your delays are affecting this

    @NOWHelpTeam hi I need nowtv's email address as they keep sending emails with no reply address & no customer issue number. @SkyNewsBiz needs to rename Now to NowTv . And stop staff from replying with ' I'm sorry you feel like that or that way ' etc. Retrain your staff.

    @NOWTV Why do you make it so difficult to contact customer services? Your website doesn't cover my issue and I need to contact a real person. Please can you give me an email address for broadband or a link to online chat service manned by humans? I don't have time to wait on hold

    @indiebyname Indie, my tv remote broken this morning so I couldn’t switch over to NOWtv to watch it. First world problem? Yes. Gutted? Also yes.
