The agents tell me I am not registered. I cannot register as your system tells me I alresdy have. I need someone to contact me direct to resolve

James Horn (@horny1987) reported@NOWTV trying to joing/rejoin your service but having numerous technical issues. Account not working from one registered years ago. Online chat agent useless and says my email account doesn't exist. Please fix it or lose me as a customer.
