Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality

@maxxdyer1 @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Have the same issue. Recently just paid for a monthly package. Randomly the apps stop working on my TV. Never had an issue in 2 years

@NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email

@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

@NOWTV Sure. @Vodafone sent me a snow TV sports pass code, to replace the sky sports mobile I had. I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.

Why is my NOW TV device no longer supported? It used to work perfectly fine, now it doesn’t work with your service! So the only way to access and use my account is to buy another one - complete con, not to mention wasteful and bad for the environment @NOWTV @nowtvhelp

With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.
