@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

At #Nowtv how can I cancel the contract I took out for my Dad,I managed to cancel his Sky Sports and Entertainment package,he passed away 9/8/21 but you are still taking £18:00 a month from my bank with next payment due 3/11/21.Help please as App is no use
