If your @now TV smart TV app is constantly changing quality, your DNS may be set to @Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 server. Switching to Google’s 8.8.8.8 DNS fixed it. #NowTV

@NOWHelpTeam actually sick of nowtv, YOUR equipment broke on me less than 2 months ago, which you ended up replacing... but now my internet is down AGAIN, but I had to book an engineer visit?! Why aren’t your systems picking up an outage? WTF am I actually paying for #poorservice

@Netflixhelps hi when i go onto my netflix from my nowtv, it shows the red ‘netflix’ then it goes straight to saying “ netflix has encountered an error retrying in ... seconds” then it retrys and goes back to that screen counting down again? can you help

Today I'll be mostly complaining to now TV as I missed the football. Their app said the app doesn't work, please download the app. Their website said you can't stream on a mobile. I wasn't on a mobile. Shockingly bad product. @NOWTV
