    @NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

    @NOW still no internet 3 days now. Spoke to NowTV who said there was an outage but could not be clear on resolution. Very difficult for those working from home - do they realise this? Need better info and refund for the total lack of service. Work hours lost too!

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, I got NowTv Hub 2 internet and my activation date was yesterday. I haven’t received any email or text stating when the engineer will come to install it. Can I get some help please?

    A lot of the Internet is down, from the McDonald's App, to NowTV, to Fortnite Issue is currently unknown. Likely an issue with the infrastructure of one of the underlying companies that "maintain" the Internet (for lack of a better word)

    @NOWTV now just taking the pish. Finishing the few series I'm watching before ditching it, start a programme and have to suffer bunch of inane laugter at how stupid we are paying a subscription to avoid adverts with that god awful @McDonalds advert.

    @NOW Getting rid of NowTV - I don't pay a subscription to see adverts and no chance am I paying even more. Terrible business decision, bye!

    NowTV is the dearest of all streaming services, worst in layout & design and now have put adverts unless you pay another £5 on top of your subscription. #nowtvadverts
