@NOWTV provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After two whole days dealing with their team because of a major issue we still don't have any solutions at all. We'll be cancelling, I hope the rest of your clients do the same.

@DisneyPlusUK I am trying to turn on English subtitles on the app on @NOWTV and it doesn't seem to have that option? I have tried a number of things but I can't see this option and your help page implies it is only available on certain devices?

Once again my hopeless @SkyHelpTeam Q box has lost its internet and it’s all my routers fault - EVERY other bit of kit I own is happy with the router, not you. Can you hurry up and move all content to NOWTV so I can bin your awful box & use my AppleTV to view the content instead?

So I've now missed the entire #F1 FP1 on support to @NowTV with yet more technical issues. This time 'screen recording s/w detected… despite NOTHING running, and no apps with Mac's own screen recording privacy permission. So far the answer… use a different laptop 😭🤬

@millyjnorman I'm not with BT, that's the problem they have the default lines for most companies. A lot of people don't realise so if you're with Nowtv, Sky etc & have bad upload speed etc. it BTs lines that are usually the problem. You've to go to independently laid lines to get better.

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@NOWTV Hi, how do I speak to someone please? I’ve had a payment of £3.99 taken out - I’ve tried to sign in but it’s saying you don’t recognise my email! So how do I contact for you to check please?!
