@NOWTV I appreciate the connection issue is with open reach a d they are struggling to get a connection, however I’m choosing you as a company and expect a certain level of customer service! I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no! Due to the pandemic we don’t share headsets”

4 days later... and nothing at all has happened. No fix, no engineer, not even a reply to a tweet I sent Virgin Media directly. Ordered a new line for £5 from NowTV, will be £24 a month, saving £350 over the next year.

@NOWTV shame the Roku powered Now TV sticks keep not working I like Now TV but it would be nice not to have to spend 20 minutes fault finding when I just want to watch GMTV in a morning while I get ready #fail

@NOWTV Ive just checked and yes there was a pass on there called ‘Boost’ which I have never added. I used a free trial and when I cancelled,it offered me the same for £5month so I kept it. Iv never been in since and added anything. I’ve tried to cancel this boost just now & says error

@dkimuk @slightlycrunchy @NOWTV The media hounded her so badly at the time,have a responsibility to right the wrongs upon her, especially with the conservator order she lives under now. They need to do more than a documentary , they need to pursue her conservator status relentlessly to help free her
