    @NOWTV I have twice been shown an offer on my account and when I click on it it doesn't work. Can you explain what is going wrong?

    @DaveBall65 @NotPooey You can watch catch up all channels but no BBC. Netflix, NOWTV, all ok. Just write and cancel. You cannot watch live tv or record live tv. If you have a smart tv, no problems at all.

    @RussInCheshire @AmazonPrime Suspect your internet connection. I have an Amazon fire stick on a tv with a virgin media box. The vm box buffers and loses connection while the fire stick (and nowtv stick) work fine. I only watch Amazon prime stuff through the sticks.
