Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@NOWTV Broadband.I’ve signed up with you guys and i am already disappointed! Signed up with you guys, your Engineers came to my house to sort the line out, i call in to activate line , i am told further work needs to be done on the line. Couldn’t the engineer fix it then ?

I'm sick of @ThreeUK & @NOWTV your 5G & broadband are respectively awful. I feel like data is being delivered by a blind carrier pigeon with one wing. It's really not ok.

@ColinBottoms @bristolboudicca I used to watch programmes on NowTV and my Virgin TV Go app in Europe up until last year when I was in Greece. Now, even with the vpns I can’t access them. I’ve NordVPN, ExpressVPN and Surfshark. They still don’t work. I can’t even Prime Video.

@TalkTalk Brand new box arrived, still have error YVM607 - Since Saturday now. I subscribe to amazon, Netflix, nowtv and sky cinema - I cannot watch anything.

@NOWTV provides the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After two whole days dealing with their team because of a major issue we still don't have any solutions at all. We'll be cancelling, I hope the rest of your clients do the same.
