Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

I really wish streaming services had the option to just have subtitles on all the time. NowTv is the worst for this by far and doesn't consistently keep them on from one episode to the next - even when watching them back to back.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@F1Yann Does f1tv work with hdmi? Nowtv/ sky shuts down if you connect to an external source (ie plug a laptop in to your tv).

@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(

You wait patiently all season for the big Luton Watford game, you settle down ready to watch, and then @NOWTV is unable to get the stream to work. "We're aware of this issue" are you aware 25mins of the game has already gone?!

@hayuhelps week after week there are errors with availability versus schedule @hayu_uk posts. I've tried the app, Prime, NowTV - all have issues. Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.
