    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    FFS, sort your bloody servers and streaming service out. I'm paying to watch footbal, not shite stop-gap animation. And no, it's not my end as numerous mates are all having the same problem. Absolutely pathetic @NOWTV

    i pay so much money for nowtv and they dont have any 'next programme start delayed' graphics??? put me in the broadcast room and ill fix it

    2 mins to go until the transfer deadline. Now is not the time for @NOWTv to be needing their technicians to sort out problems! #nufc

    @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless

    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.
