@NOWTV are you getting reports of your Xbox app being very, very flaky of ? Stalling and dropping out with Error PL-0. No problems on my PC. The F1 used to be delayed by 30-45 secs, that's reduced, but the reliability has gone with it.

@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.

Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

@NOWTV @NOWTVHelp any ideas when broadband services will be back on in most of Warwickshire ? It’s been of since late Friday/early hours Saturday - still no sign of a fix or update ? Issues also with BT, Sky and @TalkTalk
