  @NOWTV URGENT I need this looked into ASAP. You have left me with no money & a dd will fail with £25 fine. Next payment due 11/03 you are taking £33 now. Old contract. You said it’s not you adamantly, bank say it is. Won’t help, you have to sort it out.

  @SkyCorporate @skytv @NOWTV Quality over quantity any day and I'm referring to the picture quality as well as the quality of the content. Please fgs make UHD content look UHD cos for example A Discovery of Witches looks HD at best and it's supposed to be UHD. This is my biggest bugbear with sky

  @BBCiPlayer It's a Sony and probably about 6 months. Until we got the NowTv plug in, we thought it was a reception problem.

  @NOWTV Hi. I stop the stream, then long press the Back button to close the app - figuring that'll help. I have got the stream going on my iPad now but it took maybe 10 minutes or more to work.

  @NOWTV I have previously been in conversation with you back in November about being charged for something I've not even signed up for. This is still happening and want to speak to someone about it. Sadly you don't have a phone number for TV issues, but you do for broadband??

  @NOWTV I tried about 6 times at various points over Saturday and Sunday since you last sent me a link and it’s not working maybe if you had a phone number people could call you on it would be far easier

  @NOWTV The same point of contact that doesn’t work you mean? You need a second point of contact surely? If your second point is Twitter and you send me to your live chat what’s the point
