  @NOWHelpTeam Hi. The new NowTV app won’t download to the Firestick Lite. “Download failed” error message. Have the old yellow and red app on my old firestick no problem. Is it just me?

  @NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

  @NOW I've so own to them previously about it, we've had multiple service people out to check the line and our connection, had a new box etc etc. This wasn't an issue with our line. This was an issue across England with nowtv outages just gone midnight last night.

  @NOWTV Hi I'm trying to watch a live movie stream on my LG TV. I lost Internet connection and now won't resume. It would appear that the movie I'm trying to watch isn't in your library? I think your app is broken, also tried android app and received an error.

  @Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.

  @NOWTV Where has my entertainment offer gone? Might be worth advising customers of expiry dates to offers - then we wouldn't miss them. Just a tip for you - may help increase business for you.

  @4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful

  Not at all happy with NOWTV’s service. We booked a time slot 2-3 weeks ago to sort out fitting new internet and booked time off work specifically, and they never even showed up or rang yesterday 😡sent an email to see what’s happening and NOTHING! @NOWHelpTeam
