    @NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

    @rawlimark @All4 What device are you using? All4 is a nightmare with both my NowTV and fire stick but have no issues at all going directly through the TV app.

    Don't get any issue's with playing @YouTube or @BBCiPlayer on either device, and in both devices the @NOWTV player has been freshly installed an attempted on different days. Please let me know when this issue has been fixed.

    @NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution

    @PlutoTVUK I LOVE Pluto. But the app doesn’t work on @NOWHelpTeam nowtv box. Lost the remote under for months and hoped it would’ve been fixed but still hasn’t. Pls fix I <3 plutotv
