@NOWTV That’s the problem. I’ve had to do this multiple times and often have to restart my TV just to get your app to work. This doesn’t happen with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sport etc).

@NOWTV We are on an LG oled tv. We never had significant issues before until this week. It’s unusable and all the while Netflix and Disney plus are perfect so it is not a WiFi / broadband issue here

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@googlenest No I’ve had no problems with YouTube Netflix or other. I don’t know if it’s a fault with Nowtv.
