@dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

@NOWHelpTeam can you explain why All4 app keeps crashing. Have de/re -installed app and NowTV stick is updated. Problem doesn’t exist with All4 App on SamsungTv

@NowTV's LG TV app is absolute garbage. Frequently craps out on it's own, but if you pause a show it'll almost definitely throw a PL-0 error within 30 seconds of resuming. Can it really be so hard serving a 720p stream when Netflix manages 1080p, and Prime Video 4K without issue?

@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison
