It’s the Lite BTW. Don’t think the full size one would work suitably there. Now to choose which series/movies to download to watch from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and NowTV...maybe other on demand services too! Not sure how reliable the hospital network will be!

@NOWTV I mean, many creators have said it’s one of the worst movies of the last decade.. in a similar bracket as Cats, so theirs the morbid curiosity watch I suppose.

@NOWTV Yes, still the same problem. It's been two days now. I've tried on both my smartphone (Samsung Note 9) and my TV (JMB make) and both give the same, "Oops, something's gone wrong" response.

@nowtvhelp Hey NowTV, Your WiFi engineer has either cancelled or not turned up to our property 5 times now. Meaning I have no WiFi, and cannot work from home. Please sort this out.

@EmilyFlump Hi Emily, for a free trial to work, you automatically create an account. If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is go to the Nowtv website, click sign in and forgot password and use whatever email address you used for the free trial

@NOWTV 6 weeks later, the quality is still terrible. I'm watching on an iMac, using the Now TV MacOS application, on a 1Gbps Virgin internet connection. Everything has been rebooted and updated.

@Channel4 @Channel4 Please provide a Medium Quality setting for those who don't have the latest smart TV and laptop to enjoy via broadband without stuttering.There is one on your phone app but not the website. Seems to be the same video codecs as NowTV with which people have the same issue
