@NOWTV Hi our Now TV always freezes if there’s even a slight problem with WiFi (we have to unplug the TV to get it to unfreeze) how do I refresh the app?? Also today it’s just a black screen with white writing saying “Now TV is currently unavailable” wtf is going on???

And the gall from the Voda advisor to ask me to contact my previous ISP NowTv to release my landline number-who’s advisor kept reps eating like parrot ‘it’s with BT’, Voda, it should be your job to do this, you made the error! Not me! I expect a resolution by next week, or else👋

@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!
