    My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket

    @NOWHelpTeam I had a trial for 7 days which started yesterday but already cancelled but nowtv has taken £12 out of my bank?! The trial hasn’t even finished. Please help.

    I’m so appalled with the service that I’ve received from #nowtv Money taken, day pass didn’t work and emails ignored. Will I ever get a refund, who knows. 😡

    @sheepyk Sky Sports via a NowTV stick & BT Sport via a phone to Chromecast into the same telly work absolutely no problems at all. Amazon live sport is always shite Wasn’t bandwidth - only other appreciable activity on the network was 6 Music to a Sonos. 50mbps availabile bandwidth
