    @NOWTV no update on the audio description issue you are having on multiple programmes? It's an expensive subscription and havnt been able to watch anything for 3 days

    @NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service

    Does anyone watch @racingtv via the App on a smart TV? If so, does it work ok? Thinking about switching to NowTV on which RTV is not currently available
