  @NOWTV APPALLING SERVICE, DON'T SIGN UP. Internet is completely down in our area and we've been told we will have to survive without internet for 2 days while the issue is being resolve. No compensation, no temporary support measures. As an NHS home-worker this is a nightmare.

  @Cam_EOTD @NOWTV I used to pay £17 for the F1 channel, then there was an additional fee for HD, plus more if you wanted it in 4K. Crazy as it’s all shot in 4K and more effort to downgrade the quality.

  @NatGeoUK why is it that at 23:05 every night, without fail, the quality of your broadcast massively drops? Doesn’t matter if we’re using a @amazonfiretv stick or on pc, it always gets worse and changing the channel or resetting the @NOWTV app doesn’t do anything.

  The NOWTV Broadband in Edinburgh has been down since 12.30pm. Its linked to wider BSkyB issues. @NOWTV #nowtv I'll give them until tomorrow 9am to fix if they dont - cancelling.

  @andrewdaviesuk NowTV is such a terrible user experience, too. I'm fine with paying for content, I can afford it. But I expect a decent experience, not one that leaves me screaming with rage

  @NOWTV I have an AppleTV since the app was updated months ago the player says that there is an error and I can not get onto the programs I want to watch. Can you resolve this or refund me my payments and cancel my membership? #nowtv #streamingissues

  @ofcom ..but (following 20 day wait for ADSL provision) NOWTV advise they *still cannot switch and retain number* because their line uses “non-Sky equipment” (despite being current Sky customers) Initially, NOWTV said issue was they were IP telephony users (they were not) (2)
