@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, I have NowTv Broadband and for the past week it has been extremely slow. It takes a few minutes to load a page, that's if it even loads it. I have restarted it multiple times but it doesn't really help. Can you please help?

@NOWHelpTeam Hey @NOWTVHelp my internet keeps dropping out once every 10-20 minutes, had people from nowtv come round a few months ago to fix the issue but has been happening again for a few weeks
