@NOWHelpTeam can someone DM about setting up our WiFi? It was ordered last week and arriving tomorrow but the go live date is the 3rd May which is ridiculous given past tenants used NowTV too. We need WiFi to work and your delays are affecting this

@IanJacklin1 I’ve had 4K TVs from all 3 and all great quality. Sony uses Google Play store so bonus of more apps. Samsung have limited apps on their store, no NowTV for some reason

@NOWTV I pay extra for Boost so I can watch uninterrupted. Apparently trailers for other shows don’t count and worst of all contain spoilers. Thanks for ruining the grey’s anatomy mid season cliffhanger for me 😡

got sent through a loop of 6 different help pages, 4 google search tabs with "delete nowtv account" and ended up having to email talking about how i have no use for their service and don't plan on ever coming back
