tbf I couldn’t be arsed logging out on my NowTV stick and logging back in because typing in the login details on a NowTV remote is annoying as ****, but I’ve done exactly that and now it’s fine. still hate the coverage mind

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

Why do no apps work on my Samsung Smart TV. First NOWTv stops working due to a firmware issue and I’ve contacted NowTV who say it’s the TV and not them. And now Hayu doesn’t work, just get a black screen. Help @hayu_uk @SamsungUK
