@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

Monday night is NowTV night with new episodes of “Succession” and “Dexter”, but man their streaming service and app are by far the worst. I wish some other service had these shows.

@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with SkyTV? we have BT YouView with NowTV and we can watch content via the app, but from the TV guide we just get an error message. Have talked to BT, but they can't understand how we can watch content but not the channel so will send an engineer

Anyone else have problems downloading the @NOWTV app on to their mac? The download for updates doesn't complete no matter how many times I try. All I want to do is watch the latest episode of #succession!

@ambervoices i don't know much about nowTV but if you can watch it online and in a browser, i've actually found trying different browsers may be able to bypass the issue - i'd try chrome, firefox, microsoft edge, and internet explorer. if it's okay can we continue this convo in ***?
