NOWTV has to be the worse streaming platform. The grainiest, shittiest quality, no skip intro button, and if you’re watching on your laptop, it directs you to NOWTV player 😭😭😭😭

The Amazon Prime app on Apple TV is nothing short of awful. Even after their recent updates, it’d put you off watching their shows. Only surpassed in awfulness by the NowTV app. #moan

So annoyed! How come @NOWTV can only offer me appts to fix my broadband 8am-1pm 1pm to 6pm mon-fri but Open Reach offer flexible appts and Saturdays? As a full-time teacher I'm now stuck unable to work at home for another 5weeks! #customercare #poorcustomerservice

@NOWHelpTeam I'm trying to enter a movie nights in code into the skystore app on nowtv and the app won't open. Keep getting 0003 error saying try later. Have restarted the nowtv stick twice including unplugging it.
