    @NOWTV Using Now via my BT TV and all I'm getting is constant buffering and error codes. My internet speed is fine at 75mb. Do I get a refund 'cos I cannot watch anything ATM 😡

    So glad you brought back the continue watching on the app 🙌 however I seem to have encountered an issue, when I clicked to view the next episode of my show it took me back to the home screen so I deleted and reinstalled and now the feature has gone again. Watching on NowTV stick

    @NOWHelpTeam NowTV with boost looks HORRIBLE. Everything is glossy & looks like a creepy advert. I want some of the Boost features… actually only ONE, which is the No Adverts. The 5.1 doesn’t work. I use a Fire TV stick and a Samsung built in app. Can I turn the horrible HD off?

    Its incredible that NowTV charges you £60 a year for ‘boost’ which means you can watch in HD. £60 extra for what should be the base minimum quality a consumer would expect. And by incredible, I mean an absolute disgrace

    @NOWTV You have just taken two payments of £1.00 from my account but a message comes on the screen payment error! Card seems to be registered to my account. Why take two lots and why the error message?

    So an update on our internet situation: had an email from nowtv saying that Openreach are having a problem with their booking system, and they earliest they can provide an update— not an appointment, mind, an update— is July 21st. Not to be old man yells at cloud

    @NOWHelpTeam It is not low quality streaming that is the issue. It is that the 1080p is horrible. Looks freakish and unnatural. And it is Only NOWtv that looks terrible, no other streaming service.
