Absolute ********* service from @SkyUK can’t imagine why anyone gets a package from them when you can get it cheaper from NowTV. Try to call them which is a joke. They don’t help. Companies struggling to answers call now isn’t due to COVID it’s down to using covid as an excuse

@_charrl @MartinSLewis Having problems with nowtv. They cancelled my £5 a month sky sports contract, gave me five months free and are now asking for £15 a month and denying they cancelled my original contract

Why do no apps work on my Samsung Smart TV. First NOWTv stops working due to a firmware issue and I’ve contacted NowTV who say it’s the TV and not them. And now Hayu doesn’t work, just get a black screen. Help @hayu_uk @SamsungUK

I can't express how annoyed I am right now, I was about to raid out and my internet cut out meaning around 1/4 of those watching stayed, thinking I had just randomly ended my stream. @NOWTV this is the second time this week and at awful timings! Get it sort!!!!!

Good to hear @jamescdyer on @PilotTVPod slamming @nowtv for their terrible screener service. Thing is it’s exactly the same for paying subscribers which is why it’s the only screening service I cancel when their trial £1.99/month offers run out. It’s like they just can’t be arsed
