    @KrakenWood interesting went on website in UK NowTV provider and they blocked it and requested permission Never had that problem before

    @LouiseDeafAware @anniebe3 @NOWTV Sometimes NowTV take a few days after release to put up their captions! I've noticed if its relessed on a Friday, captions won't be available over the weekend! The team who does the captions is probably not working then 😒😒🤐

    @NOWTV we were upgrading our broadband is the Internet speed you‘ve delivered was too slow. Now you are charging more then agreed on the phone and confirmed by email. Your chat is not working as well. Please send me a dm how to solve this.

    @nowtvhelp ‘Developed’. Please. A ‘delete’ option doesn’t need to be ‘developed’ - it’s a standard opinion in so many algorithms. It’s a choice by NowTV. Can you therefore explain why you chose not to include it as part of the system. And please remember that I’m not alone on this issue!

    @ianto63 Ian, thanks for getting back to me and the delay in response. Ian can I ask is it only with nowtv on your TV that is causing this error messages? if this is the case can you please tell me what device on your TV you are using. Thanks

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV wondering how I am supposed to work from home when your engineer can’t bother to turn up to implement the wifi? Awful customer service on the phone, would not recommend at all.

    @NOWTV unable to get the help I needed online chat, you charged us £104 for sky sports, we do watch sports, we don't even use now tv. I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help

    @NOWTV I’ve DM’d you. Please help me resolve this as I’m pretty sure billing someone after you say you have ended the account and refusing a refund breaches consumer rights.

    @NOWTV Oh that's alright then, good job we noticed now and not a year down the line. Terrible from @SkyUK not even an email to let us know you are charging us when this so called free trial ended, it's daylight robbery, I personally don't even think it was my 6 year old, possible fraud
