    @NOWTV Same problem after resetting it unfortunately, works fine for all other things such as netflix and iplayer etc, just that issue with the sports through it

    @NOWTV I did reset it and my broadband is super fast the problem is at your end the service provider so I don’t know if it’s the box is to old if so you should provide a upgrade or if your service can’t cope with demand in that case I want refunded

    @virginmedia There is one thing... the picture quality on Sky Sports, which we've just added to our bundle, is terrible. Worse than NowTV we were using before. A new box is being sent out anyway (ours is 3 years old) - is that likely to improve things?

    @NOWTV are there streaming issues in London at the moment? I can't watch on TV or phone. Although it loads on phone. TV is connected to Internet. 🤔
