    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    The quality of @SkySports streaming via @NOWTV is declining rapidly. Constant buffering and interruptions. Used to be reliable

    @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.

    @LesbeanTiefling ah well that'd be an endorsement and they're not paying me for that! however i CAN tell you to avoid 'NowTV' who were my previous provider and absolutely ******* terrible

    @stikler4141 @lola987123 @FilmUpdates Nowtv is perfectly fine. Should’ve seen it a few years ago it used to be unusable

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless

    @BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes
