    @PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.

    @mr_n_poos Just seeing this after my issues in March of this year saying Eurosport was going and forcing me to NOWTV. Can I ask how you got the Feb 2021 date for it being removed as no one in BT will tell me when and I feel I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes for the last 9 months. Thanks

    @NOWTV Hi, 2x devices experiencing same issues when watching Man United game on Now TV. Player keeps cutting off and disconnects back to main menu every 10 mins or so. Are you experiencing technical difficulties today?

    @krystinanellis @NOWTV Thats it as well there's nothing I'm desperate to watch; I have to have it for work but each time I go on it I get annoyed.

    @NOWTV @TSScot @CitizensAdvice I feel like it’s something that you really have to look at. It’s a terrible practice to direct people to a more expensive option from the QR code. Just wondering how many people you have duped into paying more with this tactic.

    @NOWTV Yes, it's fine if I unplug @NOWTV Smartbox & access Freeview direct thro aerial. Issue is just @LondonLive via your Smartbox.
