    .@NOWTV pleaaaase let me cancel my account! Every single time I try to Log in to cancel I get a “unable to sign In” error message. It’s impossible to speak to a human, too. This is ridiculous!

    @NOWTV how do you actually get a pass to work? Shows as active on the website but doesnt show up in the app. It's a MOBILE pass! Why can't the app see it? Terrible first impression.

    @GeminiGamesno1 That could be the problem, if it does not say anything on it it is a secondary socket. With nowtv you have to be connected to a BT or Open Reach socket. Do you mind doing me a favour and looking in the home to see if another socket is there and let me know please

    @NOWTV My now Tv on my tv isn't showing episode 4 of the Undoing but going to the app it's there?? How do I resolve this issue?

    @NOWTV I’ve tried that..... the issue is more complex and they won’t talk to me. I need to escalate the complaint and need someone to contact me. This is now no broadband and as a result no tv since 4th November during lockdown and NOT acceptable. Please can someone contact me
