@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!

@NOWTV just got the £35 package for broadband and calls, only problem if I’m not within 5 feet of the router the signal drops, my God I wish I had not left BT. The signal is absolutely awful, how do I fix this? I’m in a small flat? Doesn’t even connect when I go to my bedroom!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, we have a nowtv smart stick that seems to have stopped working. The TV constantly says 'No signal' we have tried all the usual turn it on/off etc, reset the stick reconnect to the WiFi... But nothing. Can you help please?

@JoanaFFPViana I think @NowTV is the worst streaming service in the UK, it’s strangely hard to use, and to keep track of your shows. The only + is that if you keep threatening to leave they keep giving you great deals every month.
