    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

    @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless
