Rodgers (@Rodge2014) reported@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with SkyTV? we have BT YouView with NowTV and we can watch content via the app, but from the TV guide we just get an error message. Have talked to BT, but they can't understand how we can watch content but not the channel so will send an engineer

Daniel Saxil-Nielsen (@dtsn) reported@NOWHelpTeam I found out the problem. I am using pi.hole to block ads. It seems the nowtv app loads up an ad server on load. If it fails it gives up and doesn’t load anything. If I disable the blocker for 10 seconds everything works fine. I think this needs to be filed as a bug report!
