@angiesandys @NOWHelpTeam Hi I have the same issue, watching Europa League final on BT Sport 1 on NowTV box using BT Sport app, after 10s goes to green screen with pixelated noise at top. Same on BT Sport 2. Fault only occurring on the NowTV box, resorted to Youtube feed in UHD, which was perfect. Fix??

Anyone else’s NOWTV crash at the moment? Sat down to watch the friends reunion and error messages coming up on my smart tv, won’t let me cast either 😭
