  @BT_Openreach how do we get a phone line repair for a vulnerable 82 year old who needs the line for their digital fall alarm? Been down for 12 days. @NOWTV customer service ineffective! Please help?

  @nowtv Anyone else having issues with Now app on phone and telly, its buffering evey 10 seconds all advice follwed to mitigate it down to app re- install

  @philiphiggins @CherryWhitePins I find SkySports+ to be poor. Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time… all for less money. SL on SS+ been a waste of time!

  @NOWTV Your product needs to really start thinking about the customer. Moving from kitchen TV to living room - 10 mins without a stream. Moving from living room TV to mobile - 10 mins without a stream. I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices because your app is terrible.

  Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

  @NOWTVHelp I have just subscribed to NowTV to watch the F1 but have been unable to watch the practice session due to glitching and freezing every few seconds. Very disappointed and wont be paying £30pm for this terrible quality!. Tried to do an online chat but that doesn’t work

  Watching “All Her Fault” on NowTV (a kid goes missing, it’s implied that the mum is at fault) and watchable as it is the ‘women get blamed for being incompetent in so many ways when they are just trying to juggle work and life and no men ever get criticised’ feels a little contrived and does not add to the story. Anyone else watched this (no spoilers please!)

  @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

  Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly
