Honestly not sure what I'm actually paying for with @NOW, first reported an issue with my service back in May, we're now almost in August and I'm STILL being sent round in circles by tech support who refuse to acknowledge the problem. #nowtv

me: have you seen my hdmi? parents: *starts blaming eachother for it and telling me it's my fault i lost it* me: ..you were the last ones to have it trying to get your nowtv box to work but go off i guess. a simple yes or no would have been good.

@SkyHelpTeam This is connected to the fire yesterday. We’ve never had problems before this so in doubt very much it’s anything inside the home. Also I’m with NowTV not sky so can’t sign into your website and NowTV offer no help on theirs

The NOW TV System is awful. You cant download content to play offline, you have to get stuff from the web and then watch it by launching it from the nowtv app, cant download stuff, you cant do anything else from the app (MACOS)

Getting NowTV setup to watch the Lions has legitimately been one of my worst online experiences in years - I’ve ended up watching on my iPad as it won’t recognise I’ve bought a day pass on my Firestick 🤬
