    @NOWTV hi, I’ve got a Samsung tv and your app keeps crashing and the only way to fix is to reset the tv to startup. This fixes it temporarily but now the app is failing to load again. Is there an update due to fix this?

    @NOWTV Sorry, there is an error with your player. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled again. Using on Fire Stick

    @NOWTV No I tried it a few times but still comes up with the same error. User and pass still work fine on website and on my other NOWTV sticks. The one I am trying to access is just a Roku branded stick. I made room for a new device to be added in device manager on nowtv website

    Nowtv live chat agent took too long to reply so live chat timed out @NOWTV . Please get them to fix live chat. What was the December 15 update on Nowtv devices for @nowtvhelp .
