    @NOWTV signed up for free trial, cancelled day too late & as charged watched for that month, cancelled in time but still charged, tried to ring & got charged £6! Am nhs on covid team & only wanted see the undoing for free but am £36 down that I can’t afford! Please help

    @nowtvhelp If I had my way I'd take every #NowTV box off the shelves. Go on live chat, do this do that, ok, when you go back to ask what else - the chat has timed out. Its the worst £33 I've spent subscribing to sky sports through NOWTV. Last night ReadingvAFCB tonight Arsenal vManU. 👎👎👎

    @nowtvhelp This advice is for buffering, its the picture that's the issue. When the games are on its all blurred. It's not buffering. The picture is rubbish and yiu can't tell who the players are because it's that distorted. Any other channel is OK. Just NowTV Sports Channel. Disgrace!

    @NOWTV is your website sign in down? 2 days I’ve been trying to log in yet it won’t even allow me to put my username/password in, just keeps saying “unable to connect to sign in”

    @NOWTV why is my picture quality poor despite a 60mbps connection and the fact that I've paid an extra amount for full HD? Is anyone else having issues?

    @nowtvhelp Yes it is nowtv. It was working for a bit but it is not working again.
