    @NOWHelpTeam You’ve literally copied and pasted the same response to each and every tweet anyone has sent you. That’s awful customer services & evidence of how little you care about your customers. Complaint going in & account cancelled. #NowTV is so not worth the money.

    The first TV our family had took a few minutes to warm up after turning it on. The modern version of this is waiting for the NowTV box to boot up. So sloooooooow! Also, NowTV has the absolute worst UX TV channel selection system. Awful

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi Nowtv Enter Code is not excepting it says error please try again later. I even refreshed to a new code.

    @itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

    @NOWTV Your website is shockingly awful. Your website doesn’t submit complaint forms, an error message always appears. Not very good customer service at all

    @george_garner8 I’ve found it works great on laptop/ iPad etc but awful on a tv through nowtv which is how I usually watch itv
