Frog Princess 🐸 (@TheDivineFrog) reported@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

Rodgers (@Rodge2014) reported@SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with SkyTV? we have BT YouView with NowTV and we can watch content via the app, but from the TV guide we just get an error message. Have talked to BT, but they can't understand how we can watch content but not the channel so will send an engineer
