I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv?Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

Obviously thereโs benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you canโt choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

Sam (@saminbelize) reportedIt's either very dark at Silverstone or the very flakey @NOWTV is broken. Sort it out - or if you're going to be so useless then allow switching between devices. ยฃ40pm to watch a blank screen is a rip.
