@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

@PictureSporting Not going to defend that awful decision (or the move away from free TV in the first place), but I’ve found that switching to NowTV/BT monthly deals means I can swap a month at a time depending on who’s showing what… (Gone are the days of easy Kodi access to free sports, I think)

@NOWHelpTeam The samsung TV came with nowtv installed but kept saying firmware update needed (any updates have been done) and according to your link the TV is compatible. There are numerous threads on forums about the same problems with the nowtv app on Samsung tv's

@NOW trying to join NowTV broadband. Only offering ‘brilliant broadband’, and not ‘fab fibre’ or ‘super fibre’. Never had an issue getting fast fibre (66mbps) before at this address?

For something priced and marketed as a premium service, the technology behind @NOWTV seems so cheap and lazy. No automatic frame rate switching on Fire TV. Regular dips in stream quality. Doesn't even offer preview thumbnails when FFing or RWing.

It is impossible to get in touch with a human being at @NOWTV if you're router is broken, which is pretty impressive. It'll only let you talk to a human if there is a line issue. There is no path to a human if there isn't. I'm almost impressed with the low-level evil of it.

@NOWTV do your now TV sticks have some kind of a death timer? Very strange I bought 2 at same time about 1yr ago they were both set on same day, now within days of each other both remotes refuse to pair. #nowtv #nowtvremote unusable and still paying for service!!

@NOWHelpTeam 1. my neighbour wants to cancel her subscription to NOWTV, she is not technically able and has asked me to help. She doesn't know her log in for the device and said she spent £24 speaking to you on the phone to get nowhere (I'm not sure about this). Can you advise me
