@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@NOWTV When are the new episodes of Catfish Season 8 being added? Earlier this week, your website said new eps were coming on Dec 26th - but no new eps have been added, and there's no indication as to when they're coming! I need my @CatfishMTV fix please :)

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV everytime I fill in your "find account" it shows as "Sorry, we couldn’t find a match" - the account details are 100% correct and will not progress past this point. Looks like a technical issue on your site, please advise
