Feeling let down bought a Nowtv stick in a Cex shop, 'cos a deal with Sky TV included all Sky Movies. Plug in, enter code. Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!

@hanstitches_ its literally the worst streaming platform too and this is comin from a hugeee paramount hater but somehow nowtv is even worse, ive gotten it twice for specific things, and ive had to cancel it ~6/7 times 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Hi i was you for broadband,now with @NOWTV have been for 7yrs They don't want to help with deal ,I am thinking of switching to you (same company) but it's saying I'm already a sky customer on the website ,and I want the £80 voucher ,should I still sign up
