Netflix and all the normal tv apps are streaming fine it’s just Nowtv! This is Entertainment, Sky Movies and HayU and all 3 of these are just loading then says error in the player.

I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

Matt Bunnell (@mattbun) reported from Darlington, England@NOWTV I am fully aware of that. The programme was recorded in 4:3 but looks square (really thick side bars). 16:9 TV adverts have black bars when they should be in full screen. No problems until yesterday.

Sayer_13 (@gsayer13) reported@NOWTV I really do not wish to waste my time constantly ringing to not get anything resolved. All you do is BB test's that come back "ok". Its been an ongoing issue, that's never been resolved. Now your just charging more for it!

It still at times buffers when trying to watch a programme which is quite distracting. What is @SkyUK doing to resolve this???
