  @NOWHelpTeam @CharlieLards Everyone is having this problem! They don’t do anything about it 👎🏽 they say it’s my internet even tho I stream Netflix and everything else on 4K with no problem at all. Literally only happens on nowtv sky sports

  @bradday14 @NOWTV I have the same problem. We have top of the range wifi so its a problem their end but they do next to nothing to solve it.

  @DavidDesu @NOWTV @nowtv Is currently unusable on PS4 and in my case unrecoverable when it buffers every 10min! Video streaming is not rocket science......unless you pay for internet Sky Sports. Subscription will be cancelled shortly!

  @NOWTV why is it whenever big game is on sky sports I get disconnected every 5 mins ruins the experience no problem with my Internet

  @NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.

  @Heardster @NOW @NOWTV being fobbed off as being an ISP issue atm - funnily enough we watch tons of content in 4k on youtube, netflix and prime without these issues. But 720p F1 - gotta contact my isp when it buffers....

  @NOW @BTCare I'm being asked to check how you can support here by the NOWTV support... any inputs on this based on the above speed tests and no other issues with my regular internet usage including various 4k streams and nowtv being only 720p?
