  I can officially say NowTV is the worst of the streaming services. It's the most expensive, with two separate memberships for series and movies, and that comes with unskippable adverts and a wobbly player you have to download

  Anyone having an issue with NOWtv in the last 10 minutes? Mine's telling me it's 'not going to plan' when I try and get back on after it crashed out. Turned off and on, said please nicely and threatened it with violence but all to no avail... 😡

  @HFOXX77 I tried to get out of my NowTV sub and I went through like 5 pages of stuff with button layouts moved around and everything. Its so awful 🙃

  @btsport why is your streaming service so poor? I pay a lot of money each month to watch BT Sport football and in every game I miss huge chunks of the game because the stream keeps spooling. It's not my wi-fi speed as I have no problems with NowTV, Amazon Prime and Netflix!

  @NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

  @NOWTV what started as a simple inquiry has now turned into frustration 1!; anger at being unable to get any help. I now want to cancel but can’t get in touch to do that either
