@NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with the TV app? Watched something perfectly fine earlier and now it either crashes as soon as I click on a show or plays the adverts then just gives a blank screen. ipad app working fine #nowtv

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@Microbedoc2 @ThreeUK @NOWTV Sky wifi dreadful too. It had always be bad wherever I’ve lived in London. Impossible to work from home. Download speeds okay upload speeds nearly non existent. So can’t do referrals, prescribe etc

@nowtv how come a broadband service provides such a bad customer service? How can they fail at installing broadband in time and not give us any sort of solution in the next 48 hours? Worst experience ever.

@NOWTV Broadband.I’ve signed up with you guys and i am already disappointed! Signed up with you guys, your Engineers came to my house to sort the line out, i call in to activate line , i am told further work needs to be done on the line. Couldn’t the engineer fix it then ?
