my god is nowtv really this ******* bad??? not only does the video quality go down randomly for half the movie, the audio is terrible too, either out of sync or it ends up sounding like I'm listening through a can

Hi @NOW we watched episodes 1+2 of Clarice last night. Today can't find it on the STB (YouView) or on the NowTV app. There was no indication of imminent expiry on either STB or app yesterday. Does your app have a problem, or have you just removed it with no notice?

@NOWTV can you tell me why despite cancelling my subscriptions I keep getting charged? Website isn’t helpful and not clear as to how to call to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

nowtv is actually so awful. They charge an extortionate amount for such a small selection, charge separately for movies and TV Shows and still have the audacity to put constant adverts in.

@NOWTV My credit card company changed providers and payment didn't go through but I got from you, "We’re sorry to see you’ve cancelled your NOW Membership. If you could spare a few minutes to let us know the reason you’ve cancelled, it’d really help us improve."
