Now TV is trying to sabotage my efforts to watch The Last of Us. I signed up especially and downloaded it all only for it to not work on the plane. Get on WiFi and downloads have all been removed... All other video apps have been fine. Any explanation @skytv or @NOWTV ?

@bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

Just tried to watch #NowTV ... what a rubbish app, it does not work at all ! I can't even watch a single episode of what I wanted. Cancel it is !!!

@NOWTV I don't understand why your player is so bad! Ridiculously slow, terrible app I have to install. Constant buffering, when I switch to desktop it says I've reached my limit so took me ages to switch, its the most expensive AND adverts!!!!

@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you
