    Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.

    @NOWTV I've tried 3 cards to sign up for the service, yet none of them work. It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Please explain your despicable service?! Despite contacting you on numerous occasisons over a period of 3 months, my problem still hasn’t been resolved! You are charging and taking money from my account for no service. I moved to @NOWTV in September!

    My top 3 things I hate most about the new interface; 1) Really poor contrast of titles.... Small grey text on random backgrounds; 2) The most useful functions and now hardest to get at; 3) Broken voice search feature.... What's the whole leaving nowtv in 5 seconds business about;
