    @Oxford_Life @AmazonHelp Ennit, their default response of “please go through these troubleshooting steps” is actually insulting. Sort your **** streams out! Picture quality is terrible too, the close-up shots are so grainy, it constantly glitches. Don’t have a single issue like this on NowTV

    @NOWTV thanks to your shitty system I can't sign in, I can't get it to send me an email to reset my password, the question is not one I'd have set, doesn't recognise my surname, and now I can't watch the game I wanted to see. It's bad when ifollow is actually better

    @MattMorris7_ @Valley_Pass £10 a game is such a rip-offf, there are issues every week. You can get a NowTV day pass for the same amount - a whole day of Sky-standard coverage (and if the service was like this I'd be demanding my money back!)

    @NOWTV once you get nowtv what are the different ways to access on smart TV? is there an app on certain TV appstore? If we can't access the app, is there a Web login to use as alternative? Just checking my TV is compatible

    @BournatEllena @nowtvhelp @NOWTV Nowtv is far too rigid. Nowtv customers are still complaining about the the last nowtv update that removed the seperate Nowtv app. They call the new UI garbage lol. Nowtv could have done more to help its customers through the pandemic lockdown. Nowtv has done the opposite.
