    @NOWTV hi I'm getting error message' sorry there was an error in the player' when I click directly on a show. This happened a few weeks ago but then started working now doesn't. The now tv app icon has gone. Lots of people with same issue. Nowtv stick

    @NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

    @SoozUK Hi Sooz, Can you please try deleting and reinstalling the NOWTV app. If this does not work please restart your phone and reset your chromecast. Please let us know if this helps.

    @MuckyFunster @NOWTV No, my problem is with the nowtv app on the stick disappearing..I messaged the nowtv help page on here, they are quick to respond by dm

    @SoozUK @NOWTV It's not going to help you much right now, but you can get a nowtv box really cheap so you can stream without using the phone. Roku boxes also support all the other services as well as sky ones. Good luck!

    @NOWTV still no broadband since 4th November! No one will help and I can’t even go somewhere else as you have my line with an ‘order pending’ This is unacceptable service!!!
