    Is there an issue with @NOW ? I am trying to stream a show but it says I have reached the maximum number of streaming devices. Which is 2? I have 3 devices where 2 of 3 are not watching anything, so what’s going on? #nowtv #now

    @NOWHelpTeam more connection problems 7.30am this morning. #nowtv NOW TV Why does my broadband keep going on and off (and looking at Twitter/ Downdetector, it's happening in a few places). I've followed the link to check service status and it says all is fine. It's not. Plan?

    @NOWHelpTeam how come the uktv play app keeps closing down when being used with the nowtv stick?? Works fine on phone. Plays ads no issue, then either takes you back to programme select screen, or takes me back to nowtv screen. Any ideas?? Thanks

    @ofcom ..but (following 20 day wait for ADSL provision) NOWTV advise they *still cannot switch and retain number* because their line uses “non-Sky equipment” (despite being current Sky customers) Initially, NOWTV said issue was they were IP telephony users (they were not) (2)

    @NOWTV Hello, my Internet is down can you guys fix ASAP. I have work tomorow. Internet going down is unacceptable in these times. Power and Wireless lights are on but not Internet. I've plug unplugged everything to run your test.

    @Funwithflares @BBCSport the BBC are dying mate they are literally clinging onto any form of relevancy! Netflix, Amazon prime and nowtv have killed them and they're sitting there begging for TV license money when most YouTube channels get more views than them! they'd interview dog **** if it'd help them

    @NOWHelpTeam Yes, i did!! I called NowTV "again" this morning. Your team told me that they will send an engineer to fix the issue on Mon. How's come!! No internet for at least 4days!! Yesterday the problem was about your system down, but today it s about sth else. Im disapointed!!

    @NOWTV I have been paying for sky cinema for months and every time I try to watch a film it errors out. I have been paying fir nothing. Please advise as I have been kicked out of two live chats and my complaint also keeps erroring out ?
