I pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport

@NOWTV I've done that you think I'm waiting 2hrs being asked pointless questions and sitting here doing nothing. And I shouldn't have to keep reinstalling apps I pay for a service. If your apps are not good enough you should fix them not the customers

@NOWTV I have spoken to Royal Mail so know what the issue is but @NOWTV chose to be in denial / would rather have someone be without internet and unable to work from home than pay the cost of posting a new box.

@VerityTJ89 Verity believe it or not it is not irrelevant the reason I ask is since the update for Windows 10 the app is no longer supported. We advise downloading the nowtv player from the website. I hope this improves your picture quality

@NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login

@RussInCheshire @AmazonPrime Suspect your internet connection. I have an Amazon fire stick on a tv with a virgin media box. The vm box buffers and loses connection while the fire stick (and nowtv stick) work fine. I only watch Amazon prime stuff through the sticks.

@NOWTV Yeah, I know you need the player. It’s the worst user experience ever lol. I’m saying nobody else does that and you should have playback in the browser.
