Getting error IPC6017 when trying to watch certain children’s channels despite me being subscribed to NOWTV? I can access via the app, would just be easier to access on the guide, any ideas how to fix it? @TalkTalk

@Netflixhelps It seems to be a universal problem on all the devices I have used. Netflix apps on PS4, Roku/NowTV sticks, and Virgin Media/Tevo box. The order of the seasons are in reverse and every episode behaves like the finale (recommending what to watch next at the end)

It is infinite bullshit that Dexter is not available as part of subscription on @NetflixUK , @primevideouk or @NOWTV to help overcome the horror that was the end of New Blood. Its rubbish.

@NOWTV just got the £35 package for broadband and calls, only problem if I’m not within 5 feet of the router the signal drops, my God I wish I had not left BT. The signal is absolutely awful, how do I fix this? I’m in a small flat? Doesn’t even connect when I go to my bedroom!

Unimpressed with #NowTV broadband. There’s only three of us at home right now, one of whom I can hear snoring, and it’s dismal! Three months into a twelve month contract, several convos asking them to do something and it’s still awful. Won’t be renewing!!M

@CarisShmaris Yesss I’ve heard so much about Yellowjackets but I don’t have Sky or NowTV 😭 That’s good to know about Snowpiercer, I really liked the film but had no idea how a TV series of it would even work.

@bt_uk Not unless you guys can get NowTV to finally admit I have broadband issues instead of labelling me as a liar like they have done since October. I'll be switching to you guys very soon, completely done with their attitudes. Mind if I DM you a few questions?

@NOWTV @skytv can you confirm it is normal to take 2x payments of £4.99 a month? It seems odd & I think you are double charging me in error. Or why not take 1x payment of £9.98? #Complaints #CustomerCare #SubscriptionQuery
