    @NOWTV Can't get into my account. Keeps telling me "Unable to sign in, please try again later". Can't watch TV, getting the same error. And that chatbot thing is useless. And there is no phone number I can call. What do you suggest?

    I mustered up the courage to ring NowTV to ask for a refund or some sort of discount but he said that basically I have to wait the 10 days to make sure the issue is resolved because if the issue persists they can only refund me ONCE so like, if i ask for a refund now i'll only

    @ITVXhelp @froozelumcuckoo @ITVX It’s only taken them 2 hours of constant messages from users for them to acknowledge there’s an issue with roku & nowtv devices.

    @ITVXhelp @ITVX Hi having issues loading itvx on my nowtv stick just won’t load reset wi/fi router & stick it’s all up to date with updates did say it was at your end once but now it won’t get past even the loading bit at very start

    @NOWHelpTeam hey @NOWTV trying to watch #houseofthedragon #GameOfThrones and im@stunned how low the resolution is. It is SHOCKING, then an advert comes on and it’s crystal clear! You are disgrace to offer your content in such awful resolution!!
