@NOWHelpTeam anything I play through NowTV has awful sound and glitches. I know it isn’t the devise because if I watch things through the smart tv it is fine so it the NotTV box. Help please.

@dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

Why have the RHOP and RHOBH latest episodes STILL not been added to @hayu_uk on NowTV? Annoying me now what’s the point in paying for the subscription when there’s always problems!

@bt_uk have done this multiple times, and the issue still remains (fyi) BBC Iplayer, NowTV and plenty other streaming services work fine on our Tv it is only your app. To me it sounds like a playback issue on your part?
