My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

@OpenreachHelp Well, your Engineer didn't turn up, completely lied and cancelled the job as he "couldn't get access" and now I have to wait weeks again for another cancellation & pay another huge phone bill to tether my laptop because I have to work remotely👍 @OpenreachHelp Provider is @NOWTV

Woke up still laughing that my husband instantly knew what I meant by "finger swishy thing not working" re my old laptop. Why the hell can't so many things not bloody work on Chromebook...eg NowTV
