Absolute ********* service from @SkyUK can’t imagine why anyone gets a package from them when you can get it cheaper from NowTV. Try to call them which is a joke. They don’t help. Companies struggling to answers call now isn’t due to COVID it’s down to using covid as an excuse

@NOWTV_It im done now officially done with nowtv ihad an account tried to cancel membership with so many problems and today I've been charged twice one 1 day £5 and £9.99. everytime i tried to cancel the dam thing it kept crashing and throwing me off the app

@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam it also doesn't appear to be fraudulent so I don't want to go through my bank. I would prefer someone at NOWTV, where the issue lies, to take a look at why this happening, refund me, and stop it happening again.

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks
