@NOWTV FYI I called the above number and spoke to a very helpful chap who told me that Now TV doesn't supply our house at all. Would it be possible to pass something along to the team responsible for the website to ask them to improve the error message for this case?

@nowtvhelp Ok thanks for quick reply, also when I plug my nowtv firestick in it comes up with a code to put into my phone but when I enter it it says error try again, tried a good few times.

@NOWTV @mandydw12 100% agree. Now tv help are more interested in trying to pin the blame on you than actually doing anything to help. Disgusting company.
