    @NOWTV A Discovery of Witches episode five won’t play, all other programs ok though, is there a known issue?

    @My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

    Anyone else having problems with @NOWTV app and TV, missing episodes and error messages .. getting too often may be time to bin this one I think ..

    @MorelandJo @NOWTV You can’t they refuse to fix them - there’s 100s of threads on here dating back to 2024 - they’re the only tv streamer that couldn’t give a ****. I’m not renewing my subscription with poor quality tv streamers

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @NOWTV it has been weeks now and the subtitles for The Pitt are still out of sync @HBOMax_UK can you help? I’m on episode 3 of series 1 and have had to stop because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide access to all watchers.
