  @OpenreachHelp Hi sending me DM message to keep contacting my provider is not a solution to my issue. I am in contact with NowTV everyday and their backoffice also contacting Openreach and resolve this issue, but it seems there is an indefinite delay from your side. I should have never left VM

  @bglendenning @GNev2 I understand your point, but you do do advertisement spots for NowTV which is a way of watching this paywalled content. So do you have a problem with paywalled content or not?

  @knaggsy097 Just get the NowTV app mate directly on the TV and login. Them boxes have really **** encoding and aren’t worth the hassle. If you use the app directly, it has no problems 👌

  @NOWHelpTeam My card was compromised. They bought nowtv. My card was changed and yet you continued taking payments. It’s called fraud, and worse still, like this, you won’t talk to anyone! How do you resolve that issue in customer support with speaking ?
