  @Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

  Don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with @NOWTV @NOWTV never get replies to my emails and the automated live chat is just awful! Just a con so u ring them and spend an unlawful amount for them to put you on hold! 🙄

  @nowtvhelp I'm so frustrated by the known issue of content sound being our of sync. I only have this issue with the iphone app all other entertainment platforms like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all terrestrial channels are fine but the NOWTV app is basically unusable.

  Anyone thinking of switching broadband, AVOID @NOWTV and @SkyUK. My parents switched on the 19th December, since then their number doesn't accept calls. I've called nowtv most days since, spent hours on the phone. They closed a complaint with no action and it still doesn't work.
