@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@NOWTV That’s the problem. I’ve had to do this multiple times and often have to restart my TV just to get your app to work. This doesn’t happen with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, BT Sport etc).

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV Your app is the worst. Really glitchy. Not user friendly. Very very poor. Needs a lot of work. Amazing how far behind it is compared to every other app I use to watch stuff.
