Ne (@Mint_Steer) reported4 days later... and nothing at all has happened. No fix, no engineer, not even a reply to a tweet I sent Virgin Media directly. Ordered a new line for £5 from NowTV, will be £24 a month, saving £350 over the next year.

barry sharples (@Mystery_Thumb) reported@nowtv send an offer by email for sky sports for 19.99 per month but the code will not work. When I enquire you say such has expired but it hasn't and refuse to add the offer. Worst customer service ever.... And been cut off 3 times.

But she still most likely didn't expect it to be as terrible as it has been. The silly articles claiming how she is "Straight Out of Compton," her hand was "always" on her pregnant stomach.

Paul Orme-Smith (@paulorme) reported@NOWTV I’m on a week’s free trial. You’ve emailed me two zero-valued receipts but debited my bank account £1 for each. Looks like you have a system problem or maybe think £1 is close enough? @ofcom you should take a look at this possible skimming scam.
