Ben Sewell (@mrbensewell) reportedI pay a total amount of £58 a month for live football to @btsport and @NOWTV. Never had issues streaming using these services. Ironically, as an Amazon Prime customer I have bonus of them broadcasting a game not covered. Disappointing @primevideosport

Charles Price (@ChuckIOM) reported@NOWTV Why can’t I play Nowtv on my iPad, and view it on my tv via the Apple hdmi cable? It’s had me log out and back in, delete the app and re-download. Still comes up with an error. It’s not a smart tv so I can’t put the app directly onto the tv.

Robert Emery 🥳 (@robertemeryx) reported@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.
