    Oh great. Been waiting for @nowtv engineer to arrive, no sign so called and apparently there’s a problem with installation that they hadn’t bothered to call me about. So they were never coming. And now it’s 72 hours for an update. What a waste of time.

    @NOWHelpTeam Why does NowTv player on windows crash after after about 2 seconds 6 or 7 times before it works? Every single time. Throws up an error than closes. Eventually works.

    @Lakensmyth @NOWHelpTeam Same here, is this a nationwide NowTV problem? I asked the chap on the phone if it was just my postcode, London or the UK and he wouldn't tell me.... worrying...

    Really embarrassing trying to have a work call with a big global client and having @NOWTV broadband meltdown. Again. It’s bad enough that it drops multiple times a day but to just crash altogether is making it impossible to WfH

    Using @NOWTV is just about the worst user experience ever. Sign in to website, buy pass, sign in and out of app about 10 times and then eventually get the rugby on. It's as if they don't want people to watch.

    @NOWTV why am I not able to log into now tv?? every code I try to enter is coming up with an error try again message!!! 😡😡😡😡 this has been going on for days now!!

    Little mini-rant about encouraging customers to do the right thing. So I’m a subscriber to many services - Apple Music, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Sky TV, NowTV and probably a few more besides. I *like* to pay for my content! It’s worth it! But I have a problem..

    @SimonThomasTV @SkyUK I had the exact same last year - sky couldn’t be bothered trying to fix it, it went on for 5 months ! I left them in the end! Using the tv apps & NowTV, Netflix etc instead now.
