@NotSoSlummy @CollieBobbles @skytv I have had all sorts of problems lately, both with my wifi connectivity and mini box. I'm so tired of it. And I pay a fortune for the privilege. I think you can get sky sports on NowTV? Probably BT sport as well. Not sure what I would go for instead though.

@NOWHelpTeam Hello, my NowTV broadband's connection is dropped. I tried to reconnect it by following what the Connection Diagnosis webpage tells me to do, but it is still not working.

@manchestermelly @Tachyon100 I'll be honest, I could happily do without any of those. We have Prime, Disney+, NowTV and Netflix, plus the broadband and the TV licence. I would need the broadband for work anyway, but in total that's £75 a month. Blimey.

@jerryduk @NOWHelpTeam I’ve been disconnected since 16:30. The nowtv webpage says there are issues in North London. Do you have any updates on this?

@TalkTalk are actually useless. Not only have they removed the only boost my grandad uses. TCM. But refused to send out an engineer. The nowtv they have replaced it won't work on his box and their customer service is drivel! He's 82. #Useless

@SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.

@ecrx oh my word girl you gotta leave! we had issues with sky so now with talktalk and pay £39 for wifi, tv, sky movies and sky entertainment via nowtv but all through talktalk x

@NOWTV @NOWSport After 2 days worth of emails you advise me my issue has been escalated. 3 days after that you emailed me to say you haven't heard back from me!?!? Emailed you back 5 days ago to ask what's going on - no response #NowTV is a joke...

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but like I said earlier, the speed has significantly decreased since confirming my switch. It used to comfortably run with my partners laptop, my PC, 2 phones and 2 xboxs all at once. Now it's struggling with no reported issues with 2 phones and a nowtv stick, nothing else?
