    @NOWTV you have taken £9.99 out of my account two days ago and now when I sign in it says I need a code. You have not emailed me a code so how can I watch anything? This is a ballache! You have taken funds but I can’t access the membership package which I selected!

    @NOWHelpTeam My NOWTV wifi has been either "no internet" or unusably slow for the past two days - is there a large scale outage for broadband?

    If your @now TV smart TV app is constantly changing quality, your DNS may be set to @Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 server. Switching to Google’s 8.8.8.8 DNS fixed it. #NowTV

    @perrigame I don't have NowTV/Sky and even if I did it wouldn't work in this caravan of dial-up internet speeds.

    @angiesandys @NOWHelpTeam Hi I have the same issue, watching Europa League final on BT Sport 1 on NowTV box using BT Sport app, after 10s goes to green screen with pixelated noise at top. Same on BT Sport 2. Fault only occurring on the NowTV box, resorted to Youtube feed in UHD, which was perfect. Fix??
