@BTGroup please help! I signed up to the entertainment package with NowTV and Netflix over three weeks ago. Netflix is still not working and just been told on your helpline I should cancel and just sign up with Netflix directly! I just want what was offered

@flipkartsupport Recently I ordered TV from Flipkart TV has Flipkart protect option. My account has been blocked and unable to login. NowTV was not working am unable to contact Flipkart to claim the service and i received call from Flipkart telling that your account is unblocked

@F1Yann Does f1tv work with hdmi? Nowtv/ sky shuts down if you connect to an external source (ie plug a laptop in to your tv).

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@hayuhelps week after week there are errors with availability versus schedule @hayu_uk posts. I've tried the app, Prime, NowTV - all have issues. Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.
