    @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    @flixtonred Hi If you're unable to sign in to NowTV, I would recommend contacting your TV manufacturer as this would be a device issue and not an issue with Freely.

    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me Β£15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    @NOWTV I payed £14.99 to watch Alvarez vs Siner with my kids. You put advertisements at will and to make it worst right in front of my kids there is man rushing to kiss each other. Dam you low life people how dare you do that?😑
