@NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wondering how I am supposed to work from home when your engineer can’t bother to turn up to implement the wifi? Awful customer service on the phone, would not recommend at all.

  • nowtvhelp NOW TV Help (@nowtvhelp) reported

@anniekinsb9 Annie, I am sorry to hear that can I ask is it the nowtv stick or the Roku stick you have the issue with?

  • HashimKashgari Hashim Kashgari (@HashimKashgari) reported

@nowtvhelp @KelvinRuthven @NOWTV I really wish you can fix a problem. All content is processed in 25 fps, speeding up and increasing the pitch of any 24fps content (pretty much all the movies). It irritates me when frames are 4% too fast, sounds are 4% too high-pitched, and every movie is 4% too short.

@NOWTV unable to get the help I needed online chat, you charged us £104 for sky sports, we do watch sports, we don't even use now tv. I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help

  • Carys_anne cosmicembodiment (@Carys_anne) reported

@NOWTV why is it so hard to speak to a human? None of the chatbot categories are related to my account issue.

@nowtvhelp can you help me please. I purchased the stick with 1 month free but it would not let me move forward without starting the 7 day free trial which I'm currently on. I have logged in to redeem my voucher and it says it's not recognized. please can you help me #NowTV

@nowtvhelp good evening. Are you currently experiencing issues in the Cardiff area? Our Internet has not been connecting to mobile devices or our NowTV stick for c. 1 hour.

  • SukyPunyer Suky Punyer (@SukyPunyer) reported

@nowtvhelp Hi, my Nowtv stick seems to have stopped working. I can still access now TV through my mobile app, but not in my TV now. Can you help?

@antovolk @coffeedoughnuts @NOWTV (And FWIW I don’t think this will warm up the market for Bond et al to cash in in April; they’ll be starting from scratch again, with exactly the same problems they tried to dodge in August.)
