    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Anyone else had issues with money being taken from bank accounts unauthorised? Purchased a sky sports day pass and had money taken out of my bank for entertainment pass and boost - didn’t order either 😡

    @SteffanSmith We're aware of an issue causing this to happen with some devices Steffan, could you possibly try clearing your browser cache for the NowTV website or attempt to access the link with a different browser?

    @NOWTV The Now TV app on my smart TV. I've had this problem a fair few times now. Sometimes its perfect quality sometimes its buffering and goes pixilated. I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.

    @SkyHelpTeam Last time I had Sky was about 20 years ago. I do have a NowTV account though, but that shouldn’t cause the issue surely?

    @All4 is there a problem with the app on NowTV? I can't access programmes or they cut out halfway through.
