    @NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

    @NOWTV I got an email offering sky movies for a £1 for two months , when I try to redeem it it says there's tech problems .the offer ends tomorrow

    @NOWTV have subscribed to your movie package, I can’t hear a bloody thing anyone says ! It’s just mumbling with the background noise far too loud :-(. Can anything be done, I have looked on the web and it looks like lots of people have this issue, I had to put subtitles on !
