    @NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

    @NOWTV your service is the worst that Iโ€™ve ever experienced. The system canโ€™t determine whether one or two devices are being used. Itโ€™s rubbish
