@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@OpenreachHelp I was on the phone with a very helpful assistant from @NOWTV who was on an online chat with @OpenreachHelp - they said nothing could be done. Despite explaining that our alarm system cannot be installed due to the lack of internet. What can you do to help?

@F1Yann Does f1tv work with hdmi? Nowtv/ sky shuts down if you connect to an external source (ie plug a laptop in to your tv).

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.
