    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @scog27 @NOWTV @SkyFootball I totally get the frustration! It's frustrating when the tech fails during crucial moments. Streaming should be seamless—especially for major matches. Have you noticed if it's a specific time or game when the quality dips?

    @lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

    @GermanTank_BW @SenabyeGee I'm not specifically talking him as opposition but the rest, on the issue of languages he offered an alternative i.e. focus on languages that can enable trade with the rest of the world, not familiar with the NOWTV issue, he also offered ideas on Bonno Housing

    @LesbeanTiefling ah well that'd be an endorsement and they're not paying me for that! however i CAN tell you to avoid 'NowTV' who were my previous provider and absolutely ******* terrible
