    @NOW bug report.. its been around for ages... nowtv app on roku picks wrong resolution and you have to quit to fix, if link to TV is interrupted- e.g. switching amp on/off. All other players cope with this, please fix! Thx

    @KettyBitch Oh, I hate NowTV. Awful service. Yeah, Netflix’s lowest tier is ad-supported now.

    @NOWHelpTeam hiya, we’ve just changed my 81 yo grandma’s broadband and calls to NowTV. Broadband is connecting fine and she can make outgoing calls but she can’t receive any calls. Online checks say line is fine. Pls can you advise? Is there a help line to call?

    @PlayStation @hbomax Shame there’s no HBO UK, only@option is SKY that charges xtra for FullHD or NOWTV for with poor quality stream. Being HBO to UK please.

    @NOWHelpTeam I’m massively being mucked around! I have been billed £35 for Sky Cinema since ordering it on November 28th for an agreed ‘2 months for the price of 1’ deal. I tried calling Sky TV, but they told me to call NowTV. NowTV then told me to use chat which doesn’t work WTF
