    AVOID @NOWTV phone and broadband. They won’t port your number when you request. Awful customer service. Terrible company. #poorcustomerservice

    Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

    @NOWTV My laptop & WiFi are turned off & reset every night. This is a problem I have consistently. However every other service I use, Amazon Prime, Netflix & Disney + etc have no issues with picture quality on the same device. A movie pirate could give better resolution than him this.

    @NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
