I also have virgin mobile as well as tv broodband and home phone . You do realise sky is owed by come cast a USA company no longer by Murdoch they all seem to get on a lot better since he was brought out . Sky only thought is 1/2

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.
