  @NOWHelpTeam can you explain why All4 app keeps crashing. Have de/re -installed app and NowTV stick is updated. Problem doesn’t exist with All4 App on SamsungTv

  @bt_uk have done this multiple times, and the issue still remains (fyi) BBC Iplayer, NowTV and plenty other streaming services work fine on our Tv it is only your app. To me it sounds like a playback issue on your part?

  @jonnysta @JohnCrossland @firstdirecthelp Switch off your WiFi and log in on 3/4g. It should work. NowTV and sky are the same lot.

  @NowTV's LG TV app is absolute garbage. Frequently craps out on it's own, but if you pause a show it'll almost definitely throw a PL-0 error within 30 seconds of resuming. Can it really be so hard serving a 720p stream when Netflix manages 1080p, and Prime Video 4K without issue?

  Hi @4Viewers I’m having the exact same issue others mention about watching All4 through NowTV on Roku device. Tried restarting everything and my software is up to date. Just keeps cutting off programmes and returning to main Now menu. Same issue not occurring on All4 on iPad 🤔

  @FauxRomantic True, that's the worst. But is it as bad as NowTV putting a trailer before a show we were watching...for that very same show!!!????
