@nowtvhelp Thank you, to confirm my neighbour to my left (# 9) has BT, no issues but I believe my neighbour at # 8 has NowTV (can find on wifi) and there’s seems to be up? My dad is Jim (account owner) so please update me as soon as possible. Reseat our cable at the exchange may fix this?

@VerityTJ89 Verity believe it or not it is not irrelevant the reason I ask is since the update for Windows 10 the app is no longer supported. We advise downloading the nowtv player from the website. I hope this improves your picture quality

@NOWTV Hi there, I am being charged £9.99 on my Paypal account for your service. I have no recollection of signing up. I can't log on to my account as I don;t know what my log in is. As far as I am aware I have never used your service. How do I cancel my service without login

@ChuckIOM Hi Charles, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response. Charles unfortunately nowtv does not support Airplay and/or Apple adaptors with IOS devices. This won't work for streaming your passes to the TV
