@NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email

With a NowTV day sports pass you know you'll get good picture and audio quality for 24hrs. With Hornet Hive you get a couple of hours poor video with even worse audio. And I have a 200mbs connection and a fast computer.

@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

Literally bought the sports pass on NowTV for the UFC and it buffers constantly. Illegal streams probably better quality
