@EmShadows @NOWHelpTeam Well, I wanted to avoid doing all of that. Really ... i wanted to give Nowtv a chance to help me without taking those steps ... mistakes happen. But they just refuse to help at all. They're completely useless or deliberately unhelpful.

@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@NOWHelpTeam Hi,since the update Nowtv has not been working on my Roku stick. The screen goes blank then goes back to the Roku homepage. I’ve tried everything. I know others are experiencing the same issue. Please can you sort it out

@NOWSport I REALLY want to buy a NowTV package and in fact last F1 season I started a Now TV trial. Sadly the Apple TV app still doesn't work. You can't mirror view and customer disservices is crap. I want your service but you clearly don't want the business.

Been trying to get @NOWTV to work on phone, TV via mirror cast, usb and app. Mac book and finally a hp laptop. Doesn't work on a single device. Glad it was a free trial what a piss take 😑😑😑

Is there anything redeemable about NowTV? Gone for a free trial to watch Justice League but it has awful streaming quality issues and regular drop outs not to mention that stupid PIN UI that makes you reveal each number of your PIN as it's entered. Not worth paying for 😤

@NOWTV terrible service from Now Broadband. Canx my service and still having money removed from account. Filled in 2 online complaint forms, both ignored!
