Can access all catch up channels plus subscription channels, Netflix, Prime, Nowtv. I'd be lost without it (don't need to subscribe to nowtv - I dip in and out depending what's on, and what offers they send me).

I'm paying for something you won't let me use! #rubbish can't even log in to cancel membership #furious I've been charged another months fee too!
