@IRISHGAMER1461 @WonderWomanFilm @hbomax And the only one showing content from HBO is NOWtv (from Sky) and they do an awful job promoting shows, and so far don’t have much from HBO max in there, ridiculous! damn Sky not revamping itself as HBO max!

@NOWTV Yes I had the free 7 day trail but couldn’t cancel it I’m time before you took my money ... it’s impossible to sign in it either says password incorrect or reset & still doesn’t work I’ve tried speak in the chat still nothing I’m not happy at all

@nowtvhelp Hi, The Now TV app has stopped opening on my iPad Pro running iPadOS 14.5. I see the NowTV splash screen followed by the spinner and then the app closes. I have the latest version of the app and have removed it and reinstalled it but it's still not working.

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

.@nowtvhelp Dozens of NowTV and Sky broadband customers all lost internet access here yesterday, yet I called you just now and you still claim it's an individual issue and booked ANOTHER engineer appointment. 24 hours + without broadband now. while trying to work from home

@stevie2612 @NOWTV @virginmedia No I’m on a 108Mbps from virgin myself so no problem with my ISP just stating the fact the industry standard for 1080p is 5 Mbps not the 12 you need for Now TV but even at my 108Mbps it can be a poor stream on 720p on Now TV yet no problems streaming 4K on other services
