    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

    @bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

    Now TV is trying to sabotage my efforts to watch The Last of Us. I signed up especially and downloaded it all only for it to not work on the plane. Get on WiFi and downloads have all been removed... All other video apps have been fine. Any explanation @skytv or @NOWTV ?

    @bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

    The pathetic little stunt NOWTV have pulled with my PS5 is taking the utter piss now. So it was logged in but for some reason it was the PS4 app. Then the PS4 app ceased to work on PS5 and now it refuses to let me sign in. Utterly unacceptable.
