@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

@Smoothste21 Our apologies Ste, the cable used for the NowTV stick is just a standard Micro USB. It should work with any of them you have which fit the connection port. If it still isn't powering up after you change the lead, then it may be a problem with the device or the plug.

@nowtvhelp It happened during the movie Greed when I clicked on it then it went using the NowTV stick with the latest updates, do you think it could be a broadband issue?

@CraigRMacD @NOWTV Not by a long shot. But it’s a shame really bc Cavill is a wonderful Superman. It’s just he’s been shut to work with. Imagine pitching Reeve with people are gonna hate you and burn you in effigy. This is a Superman movie right?

@Jakus_1 No Internet light usually means there is an issue, if it is not showing as active in your online account, you may be in a delay, if you are not aware of the broadband number please send us a DM at NOWTV twitter and request the number

@NOWTV the issue clearly wasn't with the stick, nor my broadband, all other passes performed well ,only a particular stream. It's academic now anyway , as I've cancelled that pass

@NOWTV I quite enjoyed this, but the sound was terrible. Background music kept drowning out softly spoken lines so it was difficult to make out what they were saying. Stop playing music while people are talking!!

@NOWTV Don’t have a specific issue, the whole thing is overcomplicated and lacking. Just use other apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video and even BBC iPlayer. They have a much better user experience.
