@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!

@RBlackPA @bt_uk @virginmedia BT broadband is fine. All BT internet channels, Prime, Netflix, iPlayer work perfect. NOWTV which is what they force you to take is abysmal and they try & tell me it’s my internet. Engineer they sent even admitted NOWTV is the problem. BT forums have loads of customers same issue

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
