@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

Hi Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Please Fix it.

@NOWTV I've done that you think I'm waiting 2hrs being asked pointless questions and sitting here doing nothing. And I shouldn't have to keep reinstalling apps I pay for a service. If your apps are not good enough you should fix them not the customers

@nowtvhelp It's a Lenovo TAB 4 8 Plus. Issue happens in the NowTV app. I can connect in the web browser. But the web browser does not allow playback. If I select a video in the web browser and click to play it in the app it passes me to the app which immediately disconnects. Every time.

I’d have no problem paying to watch F1 races if it didn’t ******* cost me £46 a ******* month. Or *only* £33.99 a Sky Sport Monthly pass on NowTV. I’m not paying £34-46 a ******* month to watch a couple of F1 races, but FOM provide literally no other way to watch em live

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.
