    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

    @hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

    @NOWHelpTeam All three of my NowTv boxes keep saying I am not connected to wifi. I have to restart boxes and then they connect fine. Problem is I need to do this every time I want to watch.

    @NOWTV what is happening with the HAYU app? How you can expect that I pay for a app you aren’t updating? Hayu are throwing this issue back to you saying it’s your fault, so could you give an estimated time because if I can’t use the apps service I want a refund.

    @itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?
