@nowtvhelp @NOWTV wow. Your streaming service is really bad the last couple of months. And before you try to blame my internet, I've already had it tested and hasnt dropped below 37mb for over 30 days. Plus netflix has no problems at all.

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔

.@nowtvhelp Dozens of NowTV and Sky broadband customers all lost internet access here yesterday, yet I called you just now and you still claim it's an individual issue and booked ANOTHER engineer appointment. 24 hours + without broadband now. while trying to work from home

@NOWTV I have Entertainment Pack + Boost, watching Westworld S02 stream quality says 128. If I close down app and restart it says 7834. What’s going on? Still on free trial, seems like boost not worthwhile. On Firestick 4K.

@4Viewers Hi All4 - we keep getting an error message when trying to login to the app on the TV. Your message says “Well, this is Embarrassing... please try again in a few minutes”. We are accessing through a NowTV stick, if that helps.
