    @NOWTV what on EARTH is going on? Can't sign in now for days despite trying on an android phone, Google chrome on a laptop and Edge!! I'm paying for something you won't let me use! #rubbish can't even log in to cancel membership #furious I've been charged another months fee too!

    Not only do @NOWTV have the worst Apple TV app I have ever used but now they have ads before the show I've bloody paid to watch!

    @virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

    @Louieupson @OpenreachHelp Openreach don’t have a “customer service” as such, because you are not the customer, in this case NowTV are, and you are NowTV’s. It is up to them to chase up any issues you are having.

    @NOW still no internet 3 days now. Spoke to NowTV who said there was an outage but could not be clear on resolution. Very difficult for those working from home - do they realise this? Need better info and refund for the total lack of service. Work hours lost too!

    Man, I did not think I was going to watch #TokyoOlympics2020 and here I am watching it in Cantonese because I refuse to pay for NowTV. It’s still nice despite the fact that I have no idea what anyone is saying. Turns out toddler-level Canto does not help with sport broadcasts
