    To make matters worse, she tried to defend the service I'd had, even though my partners business relies on a fast and RELIABLE connection. In two years with NOWTV we never had a single issue - in 2 months with Virgin, I've had to call customer services every week! (cont)

    @NOWTV All the call center has offered is to restart my contract, leaving me without internet for 2 weeks - a thing which I need for my job. It also doesn't address the core issue that someone is able to cancel my internet just by typing my address into some other ISP's signup form.

    @NOWTV I looked into it, and indeed, you don't need to issue VAT receipts, I didn't know that until today. However, that said, it's a bit unfair on the businesses that pay their staff's expenses to not be able to claim that back.

    @NOWTV you've ruined the windows experience. It sucks now. Hard to use and more of a hassle than necessary. What was wrong with the app?! Apart from the log in needing a fix and you couldn't search for things

    @nowtvhelp hello, I bought a sky sports day pass last week and received an email today saying that a 4 month mobile pass has been added to my nowtv account, but I’m unable to watch sky sports on any of my devices as it says I don’t have a pass. Please can you help?

    @Lutzoid Yep. Game Pass on PC is ******* awful and now they're dragging others into it. It's like a repeat of Netflix vs Prime vs NowTV again, with the NowTV equivalent sadly controlling the shots.

    @NOWTV I currently have a sports pass but for the past week haven’t been able to use it due to our internet been down for a week because Sky have been terrible in fixing it
