@NOWTV last week I received a confirmation email I would receive a refund. After trying to contact NowTV for a week with no reply to email, I am now being told I will get no refund. Terrible customer service and no one willing to talk to me

To make matters worse, she tried to defend the service I'd had, even though my partners business relies on a fast and RELIABLE connection. In two years with NOWTV we never had a single issue - in 2 months with Virgin, I've had to call customer services every week! (cont)

@VodafoneIreland Costing me money Vodafone Gigabit broadband slows every night, WIFI keeps dropping. I have nowtv (€40 pm)for sky sports cannot watch it, Netflix (€15pm)cannot watch it, security cameras cannot work so security is compromised and Xbox live unusable
