    @NOWTV undeniably has the worst customer support. On hold for 30 mins after I finally got a contact number from their live chat - I got through to John. Whilst John seemed nice and friendly, it turns out he actually works for @SkyUK and cannot help with the matter. 😡

    it's been 6 days since i started trying to update my billing adr w @NOW. @NOWHelpTeam tried to help. still didn't work even after i'd put in 3-digit house number. also, still cannot use 'downloads' on app. cannot watch offline :( the latter issue was raised since 23jul #nowtv

    @OveratedLama Its actually useless tho that's what i learned. Tried it once when i was in a 5g covered area and i wanted to watch F1, and nowtv was still just as potatoe quality as on 4g. Ofc im sure there's some benefits but it feels a negligible step up from 4g for the time being

    I do hope you fix this issue on Windows, its been far too long. 2018 was the first report of it, 3 years ago. Yet you've done nothing to fix it, hopefully you actually try soon instead of doing nothing to fix it as it's really ruining my experience of NowTV atm. Disappointed.

    @OpenreachHelp This is what @NOWTV have said…“ Openreach have told us that a cease and re-provide will be needed to get your broadband working to full capability.“ However closing & opening another account is at least 10-14 further days - please please @WeAreOpenreach can u just fix it?

    @Ofcom @OpenreachHelp @NOWTV Thank you for your help. Currently on day 40 - still working with provider. They are about to open a 3rd order which, they hope, will get the service up and running - only another 2 weeks then still to wait ?! Keeping it all crossed #wires #patience #superslow broadband
