    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp It’s not been working for several days and I’m paying for 3 passes that I can’t use on my TV and now being told to go spend even more money to be able to watch it ????? you’re normally really good with customer service but this time it has been awful ????

    @gnuchu Hi, can I ask on the hospital WIFI are all your apps running slow or not loading. It could be down to that the WIFI is not strong enough however, I would advise making sure nothing else is running on the phone when trying to load the nowtv app. This may help

    @nowtvhelp Phone/android/google can login to site cannot watch, iPad app works ok I think, nowtv box doesn't allow to login

    Over a month since I 1st installed the new @NOWTV player and had nothing bu issues that @nowtvhelp were unable to help with, they have finally released an update that seems to have fixed it. I just watched a WHOLE episode with no audio or visual skipping.

    @nowtvhelp No problem but it’s not on my phone it’s on the nowtv box and we have reset the box. And it still happens.
