@OpenreachHelp My daughter, left without any dial tone or broadband for 3 days while trying to look after disabled son. In an area with no mobile signal. No sign of Openreach coming to help and fix issue despite constant chasing of NowTV.

4- and this the important one, I stream bt sports through the tv and it’s doesn’t Stutter at all. This is a @nowtv problem. Please have your people look into this.

One thing weird though is that I was watching it through NowTV and the picture and audio quality were absolutely atrocious on desktop. Picture was totally washed out, audio was crushed, and I have an excellent internet speed. And not only that but parts of scenes were cut! WTF???

@NOWTV just taken great pleasure in cancelling my membership after an appalling experience with your customer service. Awful company, awful service - totally not worth the money.

@mileswoodford Ok Miles, follow the problems watching nowtv option that applied to you then click on the downward pointing arrow that says get in touch. If you're an apple or mac user, please make sure you have downloaded the recent security update also, this may resolve it. -GH

@Forsyth11 I went with NowTV in the end, £15 a month for all Sky sports channels, reliable and 4K quality.... The 3pms don't bother me, because when we're at home at 3, I'm there anyway, and it's literally 2/3 away 3pms a season anyway! So I'll listen on BBC Radio Manc

@NOWTV I was promised a refund of 6 months membership having battled with your customer service department for almost 2 months. I was told it’s take 3-5 days 8 days ago… still nothing. Reference 11111077. So tired of this awful service.
