    @NOWTV Hi, I have been trying that since this morning, but it keeps coming up with a message saying there seems to be a technical problem at the moment? I have gone in & changed my password & added a pin, but I have been billed as they ordered 24 hour Sky sports ๐Ÿ˜•

    @NOWTV @SkyHelpTeam so I've had to turn off the blocking feature just to get @AmazonUK to work....maybe let customers know when you have resolved the problem you created ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ‘‰

    @nowtvhelp @SkyUK so, multiple requests from @NOWTV tech support to provide screenshots complied with. Repeatedly advised issue was being escalated. 36 days still no streaming service. Cancelled subscription asked for refund.

    @NOWTV Have just switched to you from sky. I realise that you are the same but now 1471 & caller display are not working. All attempts to contact you failed. Broadband is less than 1/2 the speed advertised & don't give me that nonsense about testing the line over the 1st 10days

    Everything else seems to work fine though, YouTube, nowtv, Roku, Disney. It's just Netflix that has literally frozen 50 seconds in to S2E19 of Reign

    Oh @NOWTV #nowtvbroadband its cheap but it is not worth the pain. Awful broadband. Time to look elsewhere already!!
