NowTV consistently lets me down. Buffering and quality drop outs ALL the time. Service cancelled due to Promising Young Woman being ruined by said issues.

Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡

@SteveDoherty1 @SkyUK NowTV passes bought on AppleTV or through iTunes are only usable on Apple device(s) :( You can try & ask Apple to refund but for the price it’s easier to just buy a new pass for the TV - or get a family member to use theirs to login ;)

@NOWTV you have taken money and i cancelled my account, you try to cut costs by making customers problem solve and then hope they give up, im sure this metric is encouraged as the silo that the profits sit in from this behaviour is no doubt lucritive. Provide a number?

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

@4Viewers @TealCartoons Sorry to barge in but the only problem I've had is that it struggles to remember which episode of a series I'm up to. e.g. I have to start episode five for a few seconds to make it realise I've watched episode four. My device is a recent NowTV box.
