@NOWTV_It I’ve tweeted before- app on LG TV keeps crashing. Then showing ‘unknown page error’. I’ve updated. Don’t have this problem with Netflix or prime. Just NowTV… why?

  • gneiss68 BobJim (@gneiss68) reported

@4Viewers @TealCartoons Sorry to barge in but the only problem I've had is that it struggles to remember which episode of a series I'm up to. e.g. I have to start episode five for a few seconds to make it realise I've watched episode four. My device is a recent NowTV box.

  • KavanaghCk Catherine Kavanagh (@KavanaghCk) reported

@gctsby This is the one I've gone with. As I said, the NowTV option doesn't work for me. I'm impressed at how easy they've made it and how realistic they are about aggregating it to 1 channel on a 31 day roll basis. These people know this "Tour" won't go the distance.

@NOW @Sheridansmith1 Why do we need to delete and reinstall NowTV app on Apple TV every other day on the account of screen size either shrinking or expanding! Don’t have a problem with any other app except for NowTV!

  • ElainePower_ Elaine Power (@ElainePower_) reported

Hey @NOW_Ireland, I have a nowtv stick for my TV and for the past month the inbuilt @RTEplayer app keeps crashing. Could ye fix it?

  • DaddyMightyZim MightyZim (@DaddyMightyZim) reported

@_Jackalope_ and ****** streaming algo's that work out the bandwidth messing up the shop next door and pest van jokes. Looking at you NowTV.

You’ve literally copied and pasted the same response to each and every tweet anyone has sent you. That’s awful customer services & evidence of how little you care about your customers. Complaint going in & account cancelled. #NowTV is so not worth the money.

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue currently in the Balham Area? We have not been getting WiFi from our nowTV box for 3 hrs?

  • moonzafi Alice (@moonzafi) reported

My stepdad is trying to fix my nowtv thing and my cat is just staring at him 😭

  • captainwonkish Captain Wonkish (@captainwonkish) reported

Ah lovely. First @nowtv release an utterly terrible and barely usable Apple TV app, then they whack up the monthly price, and now they’ve added ads to seemingly everything I watch. Wow you really do want me to cancel, don’t you? Hey @disneyplus you don’t have ads, right?
