Currently have Nowtv cinema at £1 a month then will stop and switch to another. Prime doesn't really work for it though. It's a have it or don't sort of thing it seems.

You say you can’t do anything- tell me to use chat, I do, they tell me to email, I do, they don’t reply/ignore/close the case. Now I’m just so angry that I’ll keep posting how awful @NOWTV are until they behave in an ethical way.

I was promised it would be done Monday (yesterday) and an Engineer visit today. No visit and still not working! Further told to call Now TV on Friday if not fixed by Thursday!
