    @NOWTV After repeated requested for support. No recompense for poor quality service or loss of broadcasting. I have cancelled my subscription. Utterly appalling customer service.

    So @NOWHelpTeam how do I speak to a PERSON. I was considering you for #BROADBAND but only if you have PHONE support for problems. If (my) #NOWTV BB fails I cannot use the internet to reach you, so I would be 100% stuffed. What do I do in that situation?

    I've mostly accepted that NowTV is ******* awful, but buffering during the final scene of Another Round? They should refund me every penny I've ever given them
