NOW TV (@NOWTV) reported@tdrumnbass Tom, you've contacted our team with an issue with your nowtv app, unfortunately you did not want to uninstall and reinstall the app due to the the football being on, which is understandable however I can not help resolve this without following this troubleshooting. Thanks
