Lol at my beef with NowTV but why are they telling me to pay even more so I don’t have to have adverts when literally no other streaming service do this and also their user interface is awful!!!!

@NOWTV_It im done now officially done with nowtv ihad an account tried to cancel membership with so many problems and today I've been charged twice one 1 day £5 and £9.99. everytime i tried to cancel the dam thing it kept crashing and throwing me off the app

@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam it also doesn't appear to be fraudulent so I don't want to go through my bank. I would prefer someone at NOWTV, where the issue lies, to take a look at why this happening, refund me, and stop it happening again.

@AmazonHelp It's an FTTp connection. And network hardware capable of delivering ten times that speed. It's not the HDMI cable as Netflix/Disney + /nowtv and YouTube stream with no issues. Nothing was downloading at the time
