Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

@NOWTV I’ve taken the day of work no engineer call appointment was 8am Till 1pm no movement on tracker since sent at 7am not happy what away to start my new contract

Buyer beware if trying to use @Sony offer of a free NowTV 1 month Sports pass when buying one of their TVs. They fail to tell you if you already have NowTV (Entertainment) via BT you are not eligible to use the offer! Terrible service.
