    @NowTV's LG TV app is absolute garbage. Frequently craps out on it's own, but if you pause a show it'll almost definitely throw a PL-0 error within 30 seconds of resuming. Can it really be so hard serving a 720p stream when Netflix manages 1080p, and Prime Video 4K without issue?

    @NOWTV_It hi hi - if I’m seeing the latest episode of a show on the Hayu app on my iPad but not on the NOWtv App on my TV, is there any way to refresh or remedy the issue? Ta.

    @josephmbates That's awful, so sorry! Babylon Berlin on NowTV is awesome and Castlevania on Netflix for pure ridiculous escapism :)

    @bt_uk have done this multiple times, and the issue still remains (fyi) BBC Iplayer, NowTV and plenty other streaming services work fine on our Tv it is only your app. To me it sounds like a playback issue on your part?

    @NOWHelpTeam anything I play through NowTV has awful sound and glitches. I know it isn’t the devise because if I watch things through the smart tv it is fine so it the NotTV box. Help please.
