    @NOWTV your website form has an error, your website site doesn’t recognise my account and sends me to sky. Then sky doesn’t recognise my account either. No one picks up the phone or I get sent to a number which doesn’t work.

    @NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

    Missed qualifying live yesterday on @bbc5live sports extra and then got very frustrated trying to catch up - listened to the stream on website and it stopped before Q3 - in BBC sounds looks like it would be OK but same - and couldn't work out how to see it on @NOWTV Now spoiled

    @NOWTV what started as a simple inquiry has now turned into frustration 1!; anger at being unable to get any help. I now want to cancel but can’t get in touch to do that either
