@mullsymcfc @LucySD_ Agree with that. The broadband is brill, but the customer service from Virgin is terrible. Don’t like Sky either. I’m with BT now that has a NowTV package attached. No complaints so far

@NOWTV A Samsung tv. Movies work ok. It freezes quite often and throughout the game regularly goes blurry, so much so it is unwatchable for around a minute at a time when it does that.

@EmilyRiordanLee AS NowTV is unavailable in South Africa this may be why you are unable to sign in Emily as it would conflict with your IP, would you have a family member or friend that could sign in for you back in the UK? This should then allow you to cancel down your passes.

@nowtvhelp Hello, any chance of a reply to my complaint from 19/8/20? NowTV owe me roughly £300 and the customer service is awful. £6 per phone call and the live chat doesn’t even work.
