    @PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.

    @NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!
