    @NOWTV Hello, I have tried both of these and still not working. The live chat wasn't helpful either as it wouldn't let me chat with someone, just the bot.

    @NOWTV I keep loosing the connection on the online chat... have responded to an email so hopefully this will resolve the issue

    @NOWTV I tried it on both my phone and ipad and it still wouldn’t work. I paid £9.99 for a 24 hour pass to watch a show and wasn’t able to. How do I go about requesting a refund?
