@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.

@nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for

@NOWTV I've tried it from both firefox and chrome (currently Firefox), don't see an error message. Only full grey screen, see no error message. Sound available.

@NOWTV signed up for free trial, cancelled day too late & as charged watched for that month, cancelled in time but still charged, tried to ring & got charged £6! Am nhs on covid team & only wanted see the undoing for free but am £36 down that I can’t afford! Please help

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.
