@NOWTV I’ve tried deleting the app and rebooting my phone. My phones updated with ios14.5 and because it’s a mobile pass it cannot be used on my laptop. Please help. Wanna watch the rest of the man United game

@NOWTVSport @NOWTV watching sky sports on Sony bravia TV via the tv app. Have HD option but whenever a game starts it pixelates? No buffering, doesn't lose connection but quality dips in and out? Any ideas? Not an issue with other streaming sites. 72mbps download speed..

@rchrae @NOWTV I have been having similar issues with app on Apple TV 4K, I’ve got entertainment and sports, works about 50% of the time. Trying to watch PL this afternoon, just get “error in player”, done all the normal restarted, wifi on/off, deleting app bollocks, no change.

just to let others know my nowtv had gone off no phone line either they have got big issues come on get it working ffs it keeps going on off ggrrr havent tried the landline yet even my mums as gone off two and she's 3 miles frm me tthought i say

@NOWTV @MWApeRescue There seems to be an issue with playing the Monkey World Specials. I have downloaded them onto the Now TV platform but when I want to play it comes back with "Sorry, there was an error with the player". Sounds like I can't access the server
