    @NOWTV hello, I’m trying to add an offer for my NowTv pass. There’s a technical glitch that means it won’t go through. I keep getting the ‘this is embarrassing’ message. The live chat ‘bot’ can’t help. What shall I do now?

    @nowtvhelp I’m not sure that that’s the problem, it doesn’t sY anything about a locked account, it’s as if it’s bot recognising my password but I’m unable to reset my password for some reason. I have sent a DM to @NOWTV thanks!

    Watching #TheVow on @NOWTV it's basically just gullible, self indulgent, middle-class, white, Americans who've read to many self-help books. I can't believe they fell for the bullsh*t.

    Awful service from #nowtv. Mother in law over 70 on her own in new house without a phone line or tv because you still haven’t been able to sort out the transfer of her contract two weeks on. Would not recommend.
