Really embarrassing trying to have a work call with a big global client and having @NOWTV broadband meltdown. Again. It’s bad enough that it drops multiple times a day but to just crash altogether is making it impossible to WfH

@NOWTV we were told it would definitely work by midnight and not to worry. Midnights been and gone and still no WiFi. Now to be told we have to wait AGAIN for a new engineer, is extremely frustrating. Not a great start now tv

Well @OpenreachHelp … we ordered #superfastbroadband thru @NOWTV & @WeAreOpenreach were due to activate it on July 1st. So over a month later and many many OR engineers we have no broadband at all & not even a telephone line anymore. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it - pls fix

Never have any issues with Netflix or amazon or disneyplus but oh my god is there anything worse than NOWTV????? it’s terrible

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve had a dreadful experience with @NOWTV. Impossible to cancel. Chat is a chatbot and I cannot speak with anyone!!! Can you please help?
