    @NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

    @NOWHelpTeam No. I've just signed up to NowTv and just keep having problems with launching it. If I do force stop everytime it works fine.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, I got NowTv Hub 2 internet and my activation date was yesterday. I haven’t received any email or text stating when the engineer will come to install it. Can I get some help please?

    @now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK

    @NOWTV_It Getting rid of NowTV - I don't pay a subscription to see adverts and no chance am I paying even more. Terrible business decision, bye!
