  @NOWHelpTeam Hi, we have a nowtv smart stick that seems to have stopped working. The TV constantly says 'No signal' we have tried all the usual turn it on/off etc, reset the stick reconnect to the WiFi... But nothing. Can you help please?

  @ste_malone @SkyUK I have TV, Broadband and phone with them. Only have the TV and phone as its necessary/cheaper in order to get the Broadband. With the problems I've had it's not worth it anymore. I'm paying over £60 a month, plus I have 2 NowTv boxes and Amazon. Time for a new supplier!

  @NOWHelpTeam It's a nowtv account that I use through my PC, I need to sign in but I can't, I need to check my payments, but I can't as I can't sign in, I need to make sure my new card is listed , but I can't as I can't sign in

  @JoanaFFPViana I think @NowTV is the worst streaming service in the UK, it’s strangely hard to use, and to keep track of your shows. The only + is that if you keep threatening to leave they keep giving you great deals every month.

  @NOWHelpTeam please can someone DM me. My NowTV smart stick has not been working for 2 days now. Just get a spinning circle on the homepage. I can watch through other apps such as My5 so it’s not a wifi problem. Tried a reset but same issue. Please help!

  @Netflixhelps It seems to be a universal problem on all the devices I have used. Netflix apps on PS4, Roku/NowTV sticks, and Virgin Media/Tevo box. The order of the seasons are in reverse and every episode behaves like the finale (recommending what to watch next at the end)

  I'm again having endless issues with #BBC #freeview channels not working in #Hull. I watch via @NOWTV box but I think it's a regional antenna issue. Is anyone else in Hull / Humber having trouble with receiving BBC channels?

  @NOWTV I need some help. I renewed cinema using the apple subscription and it hasn’t worked. Your support team don’t seem to care. Any help would be great.
