Matt (@worldiematt) reported@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam Me again, is there a timescale on the fix? The only thing worse than the quality of the football in the Leeds game was the stream quality. It is getting a bit ridiculous now. I want to stay with NowTV but this will eventually force my hand.

David Bone (@bioguy92) reported@NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

Gareth Jones (@JonesiPelDroed) reported@NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.
