    @NOWTV Bonjour, need your help please, I purchased a pass to watch @succession & it just kept saying "free trial" but would error because i've had one, so I bought a pass, but its given me a Cinema pass. Could you help put this right please ?

    .@NOWTV please sort out your UX issues: - No continuous log in, or even a 'remember me' feature - Logs out even in small breaks between watching - You have to go out of the app back to the main site and *find* your next episode - no auto play...! 😡

    @TheGadgetShow @jonbentley90 I only have problems with Apple devices not connecting to wifi randomly on occasions, even when streaming devices have no issues (I.e. NowTV). Can Jon do a special on that?

    Hi @skytv I’d like to be able to get Sky content in better quality than NowTV. I don’t want a dish (recently got rid of one that was in danger of falling off), so I guess that rules out SkyQ. I don’t want a new tv, so figure that rules out Sky Glass. Do you have anything for me?

    @plex Once installed, the Plex app works with secured connections again, the Samsung Smart Hub App store works again, and you don't get certificate errors when using apps (e.g. @NOWTV)
