    @NOWTV I've done that you think I'm waiting 2hrs being asked pointless questions and sitting here doing nothing. And I shouldn't have to keep reinstalling apps I pay for a service. If your apps are not good enough you should fix them not the customers

    @nowtvhelp Thank you, to confirm my neighbour to my left (# 9) has BT, no issues but I believe my neighbour at # 8 has NowTV (can find on wifi) and there’s seems to be up? My dad is Jim (account owner) so please update me as soon as possible. Reseat our cable at the exchange may fix this?

    @blueman102 Hi thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear you are having issues streaming your nowtv. Can I as have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app on your TV?

    @ChuckIOM Hi Charles, thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in response. Charles unfortunately nowtv does not support Airplay and/or Apple adaptors with IOS devices. This won't work for streaming your passes to the TV

    @DaveBall65 @NotPooey You can watch catch up all channels but no BBC. Netflix, NOWTV, all ok. Just write and cancel. You cannot watch live tv or record live tv. If you have a smart tv, no problems at all.
